Administrators Pompeii Posted December 21, 2018 Administrators Share Posted December 21, 2018 Romaine T. Kline, Age 88 of DuBois, PA died Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Christ the King Manor. Born on October 2, 1930 in DuBois, PA, she was the daughter of the late Mark M. & Genevieve (Reilly) Bateman. In May of 1970, she married Robert E. Kline. He preceded her in death in December 2014. Romaine retired as the co owner and operator of ABC Glass in Erie after 20 years of service. Romaine loved to golf and was an avid NASCAR fan. Her favorite drivers were Terry Labonte & Tony Stewart. She is survived by a son (Kevin Shannon & his wife Debra of DuBois, PA), 4 grandchildren (Justin Shannon & his wife Brenda of DuBois, PA; Kyle Shannon & his wife Megan of DuBois, PA; Christina Inzana & her husband Joshua of Falls Creek, PA; and Mark Shannon of Mt. Pleasant, MI), and a great grandchild (Joshua Inzana, Jr.) Romaine was preceded in death by her son (Kenneth M. Shannon), her brother (John Mark Bateman), and a sister (Marion E. Cunningham). Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 27, 2018 from 10 a.m. until 12p.m. at the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. A funeral service will follow at 12 p.m. from the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. with Pastor Dick Whitaker officiating. Burial will follow in Morningside Cemetery.
