Fotta, Age 69 of Falls Creek, PA died Friday, November 19, 2021 at Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital. Born on February 18, 1952 in DuBois, PA, he was the son of the late John & Victoria (Wojtaszek) Fotta. In November of 1970, he married his wife of over 50 years, Patricia I. “Patty” Williams Fotta. She survives. Jim worked as a heavy equipment operator in the local coal industry for many years. He is survived by 3 children (James J. Fotta of Falls Creek, PA; Stacy C. Agosti and her husband Shawn of Penfield, PA; and Brian E. Fotta of Reynoldsville, PA), 5 grandchildren (Jeremy, Jesse, Matthew, Shayla, and Javen), and a brother (Rick Fotta of DuBois, PA). Jim was preceded in death by his brother (John Fotta and a sister (Christine Miksich). There will be no public visitation and a funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions can be made to the charity of the donor’s choice. The Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc is in charge of arrangements.
