Administrators Pompeii Posted September 11, 2022 Administrators Share Posted September 11, 2022 Anna M. Serafini, Age 93 of DuBois, PA died Saturday, September 10, 2022 at the DuBois Nursing Home. Born on January 13, 1929 in Wharton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Ralph & Martha (Cardamone) Cimino. On September 26, 1953 at St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church, she married to Guido Serafini. He preceded her in death 1956. In her early work career, Anna worked for Jeffers Electronics and Woolworth Department Store. She retired from Equimeter, formerly Rockwell International Manufacturing, after 28 years of service. She was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church and enjoyed cooking and baking. Anna was a very kind, sweet, and humble person with a gentle spirit and love for her family. Anna is survived by her son (Ralph Serafini of DuBois, PA), a sister (Josephine Andrulonis of DuBois, PA and three sisters in law, (Agnes Winkler of Penfield, PA, Anna V. Serafini of Kersey, PA, and Fay Cimino of Clearfield, PA) She was preceded in death by her daughter (Deborah Long), a sister (Gloria “Dolly” Hieronimus), and 3 brothers (John, Eugene “Louie”, and Michael Cimino). Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 10 a.m. at from St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church with Msgr. Richard Siefer as celebrant. Burial will follow in Morningside Cemetery. Memorials may be placed with the DuBois Nursing Home, 212 S. 8th St., DuBois, PA 15801 and or the charity of the donor’s choice.
