Ribbon Cutting Photo Representatives from Penn Highlands Healthcare cut the ribbon to open its new Center of Excellence on November 4, 2022. The complex will serve as the hub of the health system’s outpatient Neuroscience, Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, Rehabilitation, Gynecology/Obstetrics and Pediatrics services in DuBois.
