The male has finished excavating the nest and took a moment to pose for this portrait. Good light is very hard to get on this project, morning only for a few minutes and it has to be cloudless. Afternoon and evening light is non existent and very deep shade. Also, our little family needs to present themselves when the light is good. So here is the second image...
