Bill, Jr., age 61 of Falls Creek, PA died Friday, September 22, 2023 at Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital. Born on September 25, 1961 in Hackensack, NJ, he was the son of the late Kenneth R. and Rosemarie (Carlino) Bill, Sr. On January 28, 1989,he married Dr. Joan Lee at Sage Chapel, Cornell University. She survives. Ken was a 1983 graduate of Cornell University and a 1988 graduate of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Bill was a board-certified psychiatrist. He provided psychiatric services in the Sharon and Meadville area. He was a life member of the National Rifle Association. Ken was an amateur photographer and loved to cook and travel. He loved animals and doted on his dog, Nero, and his cats, Olivia and Dante. Along with his wife, Kenneth is survived by two brothers; Robert J. Bill (Angie) of Queen Creek, AZ and David R. Bill (Kameron) of Ivoryton, CT, his niece, Ashley, and his two nephews, Ryan and Michael. There will be no public visitation. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice and/or American Heart Association at www.heart.org. The Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
