Administrators Pompeii Posted November 9, 2023 Administrators Share Posted November 9, 2023 Helen Mary Molnar, age 81 of DuBois, PA died Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at her home. Born on July 4, 1942 in DuBois, PA, she was the daughter of the late George H. and Lillian M. (Davis) Stahlnecker, Sr. Helen was a 1960 graduate of the DuBois Area High School. On December 6, 1960 she married her husband of 62 years Robert Molnar. He survives. Helen was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church. She enjoyed going to the YMCA where she and her husband had been members for 38 years. She like to crochet, loved being outdoors and was active with poetry in the park. Helen was a giving soul. She would help anybody or anything. She will be missed by all. She is survived by two sons (Rick Molnar & his wife Teresa (Lyons) of Endicott, NY and Daniel Molnar of DuBois, PA), three grandchildren (Mark, Macie and Bradley Molnar), one great grandchild (Kayden Molnar) and one sister (Betty Cessna of Penfield, PA). Helen was preceded in death by three sisters (Janey Crawford, Blanche (Harriger) Bolam and Madge Corle), and two brothers (John and George Stahlnecker). There will be no public visitation and a private graveside service will be held. Burial will take place in St. Michael Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Gateway Humane Society, PO Box 678, Falls Creek, PA 15840. The Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
