  1. I believe you have to snip off the bulbous ends at the top, and that will keep them growing--  at least that's what I was told to do with the garlic I planted.  I don't know if wild garlic will be different.  

  2. So far so good-- tomatoes look lovely with no yellowing..... For the first time, I did a soil sample and sent it to the Penn State Cooperative Extension.  I added fertilizer and urea, and refrained from adding lime.  Neighbor kept telling me our soil needed lime, but PSU seems to disagree.  I'll go with PSU.  (For this and nothing else, lol.)
