After taking a jewelers loop to the photo, the hood ornament in my opinion is from a 1949  Packard.  Compare a 49 Hudson hood ornament with a 49 Packard hood ornament.  And the rear bumper is identical to the 49 Packard.

Just by looking at the car, I will say 1949.

He is said to be the ghost of one of the men that were working on it when it was being built, he fell off the scaffolding onto the hard cement floor and it killed him instantly, not only does he show up in mirrors but he messes with the lights, and moves the curtains around on the stage. He sometimes says things to people in there as well but it always comes from above the person

Nope, I think it's got to be the Clustered Bellflowers.  I'd give it my vote now that I've seen the picture and the actual flower.

I think your right, I pulled up a close up photo of the bellflowers with leaves and the leaves look to be the same as in the photo.
