Season ribs the way you want. Smoke them for 3 hours at 225 than spray them with apple cider vinegar wrap with aluminum foil and continue to cook at 225 for 2 hours then unwrap apply your favorite BBQ sauce or just spray with apple cider vinegar again and cook at 225 for one more hour. Remove from smoker. Pull the bones out. They slide out easily slice up an onion. Cut boneless ribs into sub bun length add ribs onion cheese and more BBQ sauce to a sub bun and you will never have a mcrib sandwich again. 

3-2-1 ribs. Use your favorite rub then Smoke for 3 hours at 225 then wrap in aluminum foil and smoke for 2 more hours but no need to add any smoke during this period. Than unwrap sauce with BBQ sauce if you like and smoke for 1 more hour. Adding smoke for the final hour is optional.

Let me put it this way. Landfillguy. If yer employees came down from the garbage and said that it was splitting apart and unsafe and wasn't going back up there because they where afraid what would you do?. Then I ask anyone working at advanced what they think would have happened if they did that.

I worked at ups for Christmas and recall them shutting the line down and all deliveries pulled over because of a safety issue. We sat there eating our lunches till the dispute was settled. 

What I'm saying is when the problem started to be noticed the union would have protected the workers from retribution for not going up their till it was safe. These workers where working in conditions they new wasn't safe. Afraid of losing their jobs if they said anything. A union would have gave them protection.

After listening to the cell phone calls between a couple of employees that WJAC aired, I think that they were very afraid. And one worker spoke to Kody from WJAC under anonymity because he was afraid of losing his job. I have to agree with Micheal, if unionized, the employees wouldn't have to be afraid of exposing what was going on. They all saw the danger and that it was building. Most of these guys live paycheck to paycheck, they don't get good wages from AD and they have families to support. We've talked to four of them, they were all afraid. And they're still afraid of speaking out because they need their jobs, it's just a really sad situation. I was so hoping that something would be done, but a 12000 fine just doesn't cut it. For a life lost and they're just really lucky that many more lives weren't lost that day.

And with a union they could speak out without fear of losing their jobs. 

I understand what yet saying but there's not many managers around that would go to bat for their employees. To me the biggest reason for union is unsafe work places. Around here good paying jobs are few and far between.  So just leaving isn't much of an option when yer feeding a family. 

And you would have to go through the union safety guidelines to create your cells. You wouldn't be an operator without years of apprenticeship. 

Unions create safety committees that the employers have to follow that go beyond oshas requirments. 

Good time to form a union. Don't settle for a no walkout clause either.
