Memorial Day - that's when its safe - at least that's what I've been told all my life. I'm really new to this gardening stuff, so I am learning. I have learned this - you don't need to start beans in the house - by the time Memorial Day gets here, I'm likely to actually have beans at the rate they are growing!!
