DCNR Unveils Conservation Plan for Pennsylvania

As is almost always the case lately these new outbreaks of viruses, insects, birds, snakes, etc., are brought in from other countries. 

 

There's not much that you can do for your own trees, but DCNR has the assets to protect major stands of Hemlock from which they can develop ways to help it multiply again.  We've been diagnosing this for the last couple of years.
