It is from a marriage license application in Philadelphia, dated 22 March 1915. Adah L. Winter, of Tarrytown Heights, New York, was born 1 Nov. 1883 in Clearfield Co., Pa. Her parents were William and Mary Korb Rider, both born in Clearfield Co., Pa. Her first husband (Winter) died at her place of residence on 9 Jan. 1912. The gentleman on the application is William H. Thomas, of the same city, was born 21 Oct. 1887, son of George and Clara Rother Thomas. I'm sorry, I didn't note his place of birth. His first wife died 28 Dec. 1911.
