Starting May 1, 2016 the boat launch and mooring area will be CLOSED, no boating will be permitted anywhere on the lake. Once dredging operations begin early/mid-summer the Park Road from the Lake Day Use Area to Goss Road will be closed to the public. Fishing access on the lower portions of the lake can be made by parking at the Dam Overlook and walking across the dam following the designated fishing trail.
