Administrators Pompeii Posted December 13, 2023 Administrators Share Posted December 13, 2023 In the "blue hour" of nightfall, lighting the darkness with festive, holiday lights is the Stone House, built circa 1783-88. The structure is an example of a classic, two and a half story Pennsylvania, limestone farmhouse. This Wyomissing historical landmark sits in the borough's parklands, the skating pond in the foreground. Also known as the Schmucker Homestead, the early inhabitants that worked the land were the family lineage that led to The Smucker's jellies and jams company we know today.> Maryjo Brown Basset3
