Fact, this nation MUST protect it's borders, if not we have no defined nation. Our federal government is responsible for defending our nation. If it fails to do so, the states should have every right to defend their borders. There is no reason why the Supreme Court should be involved unless it's doing it's job at stopping socialism from taking over our free country.
