raisin Posted April 21 Share Posted April 21 Our government abuses us. We need to stop generalizing and be specific. As in GT Thompson our “representative “ selling us out. Check his votes out. Uniparty almost always. Ukraine funding a yes. New FBI building in the DC suburbs a yes. This after provable allegations of spying on citizens, Russiagate lies, etc etc. Expel George Santos from congress a yes. Think what you may of Santos but in America were are supposed to be guaranteed due process. He was kicked out based on allegations not convictions. He never had a hearing or trial. That is communism. Voting for continuing resolutions instead of true budgeting. Voting to ban Tik Tok. A yes. This is only a ploy to make it a company owned by somebody who will be compliant in handing over data to the government and censoring Americans as Twitter, and Facebook and most other social media companies do. Our government does the exact same thing that they are saying China does with Tik Tok. We need to start this fight locally and it seems to me Mr. Thompson needs to be watched closely and called out. Kicked out if need be. I know hes is not representing my views most of the time and I am seriously doubting my choice to keep voting him in.
