  1. I want to share this natural powerful concoction that will help you tighten your skin, smooth puffiness, fight free radicals, and reduce those dark circles under your eyes.

    1 teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon of fresh tomato juice
1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
mix in a bowl, and apply using your finger. Leave on for 15 minutes, and wash with cold water.

This is excellent but some people cannot take it because it is a digestive irritant.  Others crave it!  It does wonders.

I've been talking Turmeric for about 5 years. I've had 0 side effects from it. There are so many ways to take it. You can add it to food & drinks etc. I make my own capsules from 100% organic Turmeric powder and I also drink the Golden Milk Recipe at night.

While turmeric is safe for most people when enjoyed in drinks or food, if you are allergic to the spice, eating it may cause a rash, hives or abdominal pain.

  3. TURMERIC Is Good for Virtually EVERYTHING!

Let’s talk about the incredible potential health benefits of turmeric and how to increase the bioavailability of turmeric. You can consume organic turmeric or take a supplement. If you want to take a supplement, it’s best to get a turmeric supplement and not just curcumin. Curcumin is only one of many phytonutrients in turmeric. It’s also important that it’s a freeze-dried supplement. Black pepper or white pepper can help you increase the absorption of turmeric. You can also consume a small amount of fat at the same time for better absorption. Keep in mind that the phytonutrients in turmeric are heat sensitive, so cooking with turmeric could make them less potent. The two main areas of research for turmeric are inflammation and cancer. A lot of the direct benefits of turmeric can lead to various other powerful effects, and turmeric also has virtually no side effects.

    Potential health benefits of turmeric:
    1. It increases glutathione and other antioxidant networks
    2. It has potent effects on the brain and nervous system
    3. It has powerful effects on the cardiovascular system
    4. It’s antimicrobial, antibacterial, antiviral, anti-candida, antifungal, antiparasitic, and anti-H. pylori
    5. It shows great benefits for skin problems
    6. It helps protect the liver
    7. It helps stimulate phase-2 detoxification
    8. It inhibits pro-carcinogens
    9. It increases bile salts
    10. It supports the gut mucosal lining
    11. It helps protect the DNA and supports DNA repair and apoptosis
    12. It protects the cells during chemo or radiation therapy and may increase the effectiveness of the treatment
    13. It supports the endocrine system
    14. It’s a powerful adaptogen

  4. 1 CUP of TURMERIC MILK at Bedtime...Your Body Will Thank You a Million Times

Turmeric Milk is one of the best concoctions to become healthy and free from various diseases. It helps to boost the immunity of our body. Turmeric is loaded with curcumins which helps to fight bacteria and viruses. Mixing curcumin with milk helps the bodies absorption into the fat and tissues much more efficiently.

  5. Turmeric has many healing medicinal properties for our body.  The most important thing is making sure we are assimilating the turmeric correctly in our small intestine so we can maximize its health benefits.

Turmeric has most often been used by adults in doses of 500 mg up to 1500 mg daily.  Always best to speak with a healthcare provider to find out what dose might be best for a specific condition.

  6. THE WAR IS OVER  :  IVERMECTIN WON

Here we have a large randomized double-blind,  placebo controlled study - with a highly statistically  significant finding that Ivermectin reduces the risk of  covid infection (71.5%)

Further, the study also found that even if infected,  those receiving Ivermectin had a lower risk of  presenting with a high viral load.

And for completeness, the study concluded  "Ivermectin was also shown to be safe in doses and duration higher than currently used in approved  indications"

    CHECKMATE

Although some Ivermectin Deniers will remain in  denial and take to the jungle to continue the war like  Hiroo Onoda (the Japanese solider that held out in the  Philippine jungle for 29 years after the end of WW2) its  time for the Deniers to surrender, beg forgiveness for their crimes and face justice.

    And crimes they were.

Ivermectin Deniers have the blood of millions on their  hands.

Global deaths from Covid are estimated at over 6  million, and the evidence is clear that the majority  could have been saved if Ivermectin Deniers had not  denied these people access to Ivermectin.

Then there is the deaths & injuries from the vaccines, as these are also the result of Ivermectin denial, as people took the risk of injecting  an unsafe & ineffective experimental substance in their bodies - instead of the safer and more effective Ivermectin.

It’s now time for Nuremberg 2.O where the leading  Ivermectin Deniers must be brought to trial and held accountable for the millions of deaths they were  responsible for.

Joseph Harris, 41, was arrested in May 2018 for brutalizing and threatening the victims while forcing them to engage in sex acts for his profit across 10 terrifying months, officials said Friday. The violent pimp, known by the nickname “Luis Santana,” menaced one victim at gunpoint before posting a photo of the incident on Instagram, and dragged another across a floor soaked with bleach in a dispute over cash. Harris also had sex with girls as young as 14 while holding them inside the residence on St. Mark’s Place in Prospect Heights beginning in July 2017 and continuing until his arrest, officials said. The defendant fed the trapped women with a variety of drugs, including ecstasy, cocaine, marijuana and pills, officials said, and forced them to have regular sex with him when not working.

▫️L.A. County facing up to 3,000 plaintiffs in sex abuse cases
Two weeks ago, in an otherwise dry budget document, county officials delivered figures that stunned even some of the most seasoned California sex abuse attorneys. County officials predicted that they may be forced to spend between $1.6 billion and $3 billion to resolve roughly 3,000 claims of sexual abuse that allegedly took place in the county’s foster homes, children shelters, and probation camps and halls dating to the 1950s. Veteran sex abuse attorneys are calling for an outside investigation, saying that not even they realized the full scope of the alleged abuse taking place in county facilities. Experts say the volume is unlike anything they’ve heard of in local government.

  11. Note: Wall St Journal broke this story. They would be the last media to ever post a negative story against Epstein. Things are changing ... its called DRIP DRIP DRIP, to wake people up.

REPORT: Epstein’s Private Calendar Shows Meetings With International Business, Political Power Players

    2023-05-01_08-46-12.jpg

    JAMES LYNCH
    REPORTER
    April 30, 2023

The private calendar of deceased financier and sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein shows meetings with international political and business leaders, documents reviewed by the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) show.

The documents show Epstein met with former Obama White House counsel Kathryn Ruemmler on numerous occasions between her time in the government and her current position with Goldman Sachs, according to WSJ. Epstein first scheduled to meet Ruemmler in August 2014 and planned to introduce her to acquaintances afterwards.

Their first meeting occurred after Epstein called her about potentially representing the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the philanthropic organization run by billionaire Bill Gates and his ex-wife, Melinda French Gates, a Goldman Sachs spokesperson told WSJ. A spokesperson for Gates said Epstein never worked for Gates, his relationship with Gates was misrepresented and that Gates regrets having met him, according to the outlet.

Over the next few years, Epstein and Ruemmler met more than three dozen times while she was a white-collar defense attorney for prominent law firm Latham & Watkins, the documents show. Ruemmler had a professional relationship with Epstein and did not travel with him, the Goldman Sachs spokesperson told WSJ.

“In the normal course, Epstein also invited her to meetings and social gatherings, introduced her to other business contacts and made referrals,” the spokesperson said. “It was the same kinds of contacts and engagements she had with other contacts and clients.” Epstein was not a client at the firm, a spokesperson for Latham & Watkins told WSJ.

Epstein connected Ruemmler with Ariane de Rothschild, who now serves as CEO of Swiss private bank Edmond de Rothschild Group, WSJ reported. The introduction led to the bank hiring Latham & Watkins for U.S. regulatory purposes, the bank and Goldman spokesperson told the outlet.

Epstein would meet with de Rothschild more than a dozen times for business deals, helping find staff and other matters. She purchased nearly $1 million of auctioned items for Epstein in 2014 and 2015, and she negotiated a $25 million contract between Epstein’s Southern Trust Co. and the bank in 2015.

Edmond de Rothschild group told WSJ she met with him from 2013-19 and introduced him to U.S. finance leaders, recommended law firms and consulted with him on taxes and risk. The bank said in 2019 de Rothschild never met with Epstein, a statement they acknowledged was not accurate. Additionally, the bank told WSJ de Rothschild was unaware of Epstein’s past and she supports the victims after learning about his behavior.

Epstein also scheduled more than a dozen meetings from 2013-19 with Joshua Cooper Ramo, then-co-CEO of Henry Kissinger’s consulting firm and board member for Starbucks and FedEx. Many of his appointments with Epstein were scheduled after 5 p.m. at Epstein’s townhouse, WSJ found. One meeting took place in 2013 with Epstein and former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, another individual who met with Epstein regularly, the documents show.

Barak typically met with Epstein when he took trips to New York City and Epstein regularly introduced him to people for geopolitical discussions, WSJ reported. “He often brought other interesting persons, from art or culture, law or science, finance, diplomacy or philanthropy,” Barak told the outlet.

Epstein was convicted by Florida prosecutors in June 2008 for procuring and soliciting a minor for prostitution, per WSJ. He spent 13 months in a work-release program and was registered as a sex offender. In July 2019, Epstein was charged for alleged sex trafficking by federal prosecutors after reporting by the Miami Herald about Epstein’s sexual abuse drew significant public scrutiny.

Epstein was found dead in his jail cell in August 2019 — it was ruled a suicide. His romantic partner and co-conspirator, Ghislaine Maxwell, was sentenced in June 2022 to 20 years in prison for conspiring with Epstein to sexually abuse minors.

  13. One Thing, Jesus Christ - Article #3 - Fourth Series - May 1st, 2023 by Fr. Ben Daghir

    Article:

The Cross on Mount Zion Road in Weedville, PA is a powerful place. I have had the honor of being there many times.

Without the cross, it would be just another lookout. Yet, it is something completely different as a result of it. One looks out toward the beautiful Elk County hills and one is also challenged to look within. The cross depicted in Christianity demands that we consider what is of utmost value in life. It demands that we consider the Christian story.

In a beautiful way the cross, which 2,000 years ago was a cruel and brutal instrument of torture used by the Romans, seems to fit on the Mount Zion Road as it does in so many places throughout the world. What once instilled fear into millions by the hand of Caesar, now gives us hope and comfort. This is very interesting and we shouldn’t take it for granted.

We owe a tremendous amount to those early Christians who were bold. They held the cross high almost as a taunt to the Romans. Many of these Christians were martyred and some were thrown to the lions in the Colosseum. It’s very easy to forget how many have suffered for the sake of the Gospel in order for us to be Christians today, in order for the cross to stand on the Mount Zion hillside and in places all over the globe.

Yet, Christians have consistently clung to the cross of Jesus Christ because something remarkable happened on it. Jesus took on all the weight of fear, sin, and death. He took on all evil’s dysfunction, betrayal, hatred, chaos, disorder, and pain. His blood then poured into all of the effects of sin, all the way to its cause - pride. As Adam grasped in dysfunction, Jesus poured Himself in love. As Adam elevated himself to be like God, Jesus humbled Himself taking the cross as His throne. Incredible. Beautiful. Powerful.

The Carthusian order has this motto “The Cross is steady while the world turns.” I’ve thought about this quote while visiting the Mount Zion Cross. I’ve seen the world turn from that cross as the leaves change colors in the fall, as snow blankets the landscape in the winter, as springtime emerges, and as summer becomes green. I’ve been to that cross with people who are now deceased. I’ve seen my hopes and dreams change each time I visit the cross over the years. Yet, the cross is steady. It remains.

In other words, the Carthusians, like those earliest Christians, are right - the cross is steady while the world turns. We have all seen the world turn, change, and shake its fleeting head at us. The cross, on the other hand, remains secure. It tells us there’s something more, something far greater than this world has to offer.
