April 5, 2026 Resurrection Day, Not Easter Easter: The word Easter is likely derived from the Old English word “Ēastre,” which originally referred to the pagan festival of springtime and fertility, but was later adopted by Christians to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus. Resurrection Sunday which was used originally along with Easter is becoming a more important term necessary to define the difference between the church’s most critical religious event and the holiday involving fantasies, candy, toys, eggs and bunnies. Ask children about what Easter means to them and I can almost guarantee you they will not mention the Resurrection of Jesus about which many of them have never even been taught or trained to value more than the world. Christmas: The church which used “Christ’s Mass” to denote the birth of Christ eventually condensed it to “Christmas” denoting a specific day of worship. Unfortunately the world at that time was also wrapped in the practice of winter ancestral pagan holidays which persist to this day, so it became a combined “Christmas Season” which allowed the birth of Christ to become mixed in with the worldly grip of food, gifts and events that have nothing to do with Yahweh and Yeshua. In recent years, it even became anti-social and non-professional to call it Christmas as people and clerks were ordered not to say “Merry Christmas” but to instead say “Happy Holidays” to avoid even saying the name of Christ. Resurrection Sunday: is being brought into usage more often as Christians become aware that we cannot allow the world to continue to mask the reality of Yahweh, Yeshua and the Ruach HaKodesh. Our children will never understand, believe and choose Jesus if we don’t teach them and practice God’s WORD. What in this world is more important than babies? Yet our world is teaching our potential mothers to not want children. God’s children are being murdered as we watch and ignore. Resurrection Day: Today is the day that we celebrate, not just the life of Jesus, but the NEW LIFE of Jesus and why it should mean more in life than ANYTHING we have ever known before. He came to earth as a human to show us how to live when we could not figure it out for ourselves. He then gave up His life as an earthly figure to show us how to die as the worst sinner in the world but with a love and belief in Yahweh. He then took all of our sins to Satan to visibly show him that through His resurrection, Satan would never conquer or become more than God. Jesus proved beyond a doubt that He and GOD were stronger than Satan’s challenge to God. Satan’s eternal death was vanquished for all time for those who love God and who follow His commandments! Human death happens to us all, but soul death only happens when we fail or refuse to acknowledge what Jesus achieved at His Resurrection. He brought the opportunity of eternal life in the New Earth and the New Heaven to us. He adopted us through His death and purchased us with His actual blood. Now, if you believe, ask Jesus for His personal forgiveness, and ask His blessing. Then go and tell the world as Jesus asked.

Our Glorified Body April 12, 2026 It’s obvious that we will not be able to enter the Kingdom of Heaven in the weak, damaged and imperfect bodies that we now possess. In addition, our dead bodies will probably have disappeared as did those who lived thousands of years before us. Where are they now? There might be a marker where our ancestors rested, but in reality many are not still there They have passed to dust and been devoured into nature. Some were lost to fires, animals, deep waters, desiccation and decay. What about those whose bodies have been scattered to unknown parts of the earth by the wind and nature?. At any rate, their bodies will be unfit for use when they are raised by Jesus. How will He find us and how will we look as we rise to meet Jesus in the air? For those who have loved and served Jesus, His Father who can number the hairs on our heads will know how to rebuild us as ourselves, yet not in any way in our old bodies with their human desires, but in a new and more perfected form. “Many who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake” Daniel 12:2 Just as Jesus was raised from the dead, leaving no human body behind, but with a new glorified body, it will still be recognizable yet totally different and eternal. We will have a recognizable voice and presence. The new form will be able to pass through solid matter, disappear as needed, move into the air, never decay, never become sick, age or die. Even so, we will have a touchable body of flesh and bone, and a powerful spiritual body like the angels. We will be able to learn and be trained as part of God’s army. Our earthly bodies are “weak” in many ways. Never again will we suffer from heat or cold, hunger, thirst or lusts of the human body. We will be clothed in white garments (Revelation 3:4–5, 18). There will be no taint of sin, we will no longer be subject to the natural laws of gravity and time/space, our bodies will be empowered by the Spirit, pure and undefiled. Imagine the fate awaiting those who have ignored God and who have chosen to attempt to be “anonymous”, hoping God will never find them. There is no middle ground between God and Satan so if you choose to not be His, then you will belong to the whims of Satan and that means destruction. Call on God today to guide you to He who saves and wishes to spend eternity always loving you.

April 19, 2026 Forty Days After the Resurrection, the Ascension After Jesus returned from death, He spent 40 days teaching, comforting and encouraging His 11 disciples in the mysteries of His church and about their missionary work for the rest of their lives. While the guards (Roman or Temple?) did not see Jesus after He was resurrected, they did experience the earthquake and see the angel that had rolled away the stone. “They fell like dead men”, (fainted?) then probably recovered and ran to the temple to tell the priests what they had seen. Their job had been to prevent the body from being stolen. Had they been Roman guards, they would probably have been crucified themselves for “falling asleep” while on guard duty. As Temple guards, they would have been paid off and ordered to disappear after they told people that the body had been stolen. The first appearance of Jesus was in the company of two angels, to Mary Magdalene in the Garden of Gethsemane outside of the empty tomb. She mistook Him for the gardener because in His glorified body He was not immediately recognizable so He identified Himself. Then, after sending her to tell the disciples of His resurrection, He was seen by His mother and others who were also instructed to tell the disciples. That same day He was seen when He appeared to comfort Peter. Later that day, He appeared to Cleopas and another disciple on the road to Emmaus, who did not recognize Him. Being surprised that He did not seem to know what had happened in Jerusalem, they told Him in shock about Jesus’ life, death, and the women’s reports of His resurrection. Jesus rebuked them and after telling them who He was, traveled on with them to Emmaus where they shared a meal. When Jesus broke the bread, their eyes of faith were opened and they realized that it actually was Jesus, who vanished from their sight at that time. They returned to Jerusalem to tell the other disciples and those gathered with them that they knew He was resurrected because they had both seen him. Later that evening, Jesus appeared to the 10 disciples, without Thomas, showing them His hands and side. The following week, Jesus again appeared to all 11 disciples including Thomas who refused to believe in the resurrection of Jesus unless he himself could touch the wounds of the crucifixion, which he did. During the 40 days, Jesus appeared to a crowd of 500 in Galilee, many of those witnesses probably lived till the time of Paul’s writings. Jesus also appeared to His brother James who would later become James the Just becoming the chief spokesman for the Jerusalem church at the Council of Jerusalem (Acts 15:13–19), where he helped resolve the debate over whether Gentile Christians needed to follow all Jewish laws, including circumcision. Jesus continued to appear to the Apostles to teach deeper details of His church, confirming the Great Commission in various locations. Jesus appeared to Saul and other travelers on the road to Damascus, blinding him in order to affect the conversion of Saul to Paul who was not accepted by the disciples because of his role in capturing, torturing and killing followers of Jesus. Forty days after His resurrection, Jesus took His disciples to the Mount of Olives to witness His Ascension into Heaven before going back to sit at the right hand of God. Two angels then spoke to the disciples saying that the same way and place from which His feet had risen would be the same place to which they would return earth at an unknown time. As in the Parable of the Ten Virgins who were to take lanterns and await the coming of the Bridegroom, five of them took extra oil, just in case but five did not. When he arrived, the five who were prepared were accepted, but the five who were not were rejected. Matthew 25: 1-13 Be aware, be prepared and keep watch, for the time of His return is approaching. He will return to the Mount of Olives in Israel to split the mountain in half and save the Israelites. Then will come the Millenium
