QuickDraw
What kind of things do you use Skin So Soft (from Avon) for? I use it as a bug repellent and to clean my wooden cupboards. It leaves them shiny and has a great smell. Anyone else?
steelnut
LOL, I know that it works for most people to repel bugs, but for some reason, not me! I've tried it three times and my word, you could just see the skeeters buzzing around me, ouch!

QuickDraw
It doesn't leave them any slicker than Murphys Oil Soap or Old English. It soaks in and they look nice and clean...with the bonus of a nice smell. My mom used it to remove tar from her vehicle when she went on a road that was tarred and chipped. Guest snellma
Nice to know, although Murphy's Oil Soap is only about $3 for a large container and Avon Skin so Soft is about $15 for an even smaller bottle..

TBerlin
Skin So Soft can be used for many things, gum in hair, cupboards, tar, sticky labels, noisy hinges, remove paint, removes pine pitch from body or clothing, crayon from walls and many more, plus it leaves a fresh smell. If you watch you can find it on sale for 3.99 for the spray bottle or $6.99 for the 16 oz or $9.99 for the 24 oz, it will last a long time.
