Red Billed Catbird?

For the birdie people out there, what bird looks like a catbird (and sounds like it) but has a nail polish red beak?  There was a pair at the gardens behind Charlie's Alternators today, one with a regular colored beak and another one with a neon red beak.  It looked like someone had caught it and painted it's beak brilliant reflective red.  It wasn't a trick of the light, it was a genuinely garish red beak.
