Petee
My father and grandfather worked in the CCC too. They were even in a train wreck loaded with CCC workers but I don't think I ever asked where it happened.

Petee
I think there's a building at the breast of Parker Dam where a lot of that history is displayed.
Ed
I think there's a building at the breast of Parker Dam where a lot of that history is displayed. Yes there is and it is very interesting.. My Dad was a stone mason for the WPA and also rented his team of horses to them.

Carter
I think there's a building at the breast of Parker Dam where a lot of that history is displayed. The building in the pic with the guys with the truck looks like the building at PD. It is made with logs now but could have been rebuilt on the original site. The doors and windows all seem to be the same. I'll have to check that out to see if that is indeed the same place where that building stood. I am sure the museum that is in the building at Parker Dam would be interested in these pics if they do not already have them.
rich00
You have a great collection. Thank you. You may want to consider uploading these as an album on the Mt. Zion Historical Society (Bennett's Valley) new Facebook page. I'm sure it would be most appreciated, and more people could enjoy it.
