lavender
Reliance is the most cold hardy but is not the best of peaches. You not only want cold hardiness in a peach but one that blooms rather late. We lose most of the fruit around here because the blossoms freeze or it's too cold and wet for them to be pollinated. I think Red Haven is the first to ripen, Reliance is a week later and Crest Haven is 25 days after Red Haven. By that standard Crest Haven would be the best presuming it blossoms latest as well. Red Haven is zone 5-8. Crest Haven zone 5-9 Reliance 4-8 Red Haven is the best tasting peach, followed by Crest Haven with Reliance being none too good but the most reliable. Most peaches are self pollinating so that isn't a consideration. As usual it is a trade off.
Petee
Around here? Plant apples! :-) Unless you're in a really warm microclimate in Luthersburg, odds are against getting any fruit worth the money and trouble nursing the trees along and keeping them healthy.
