In the late 1880's, Williamsport had more millionaires per capita than anywhere else in the United States. The reason I ask is at the library they have a book this is the front of it, it has a lot of pics in it and I believe the addresses. You have to look at it there its a reference book and cannot be taken out of the library. Most of those were on the east side up around the mansion (penn state).
