A sex worker alleged that four retired police officers from Fairfax, Virginia, protected the human trafficking ring she was coerced into and paid for prostitutes. The woman, who went by Jane Doe, blasted the four officers in court on Tuesday, including former Police Chief Edwin Roessler, Captain James Baumstark, and officers Michael Barbazette and Jason Mardocco. Doe was living in Costa Rica when she was lured to the US to join the ring that was run by a madam named Hazel Sanchez before it was busted by the FBI in 2018. According to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Xavier Jay Reyes, 26, was found to be producing and sharing images and videos of a little girl "engaging in sexually explicit conduct" in 2020. On February 6, 2023, the Dothan Police Department began investigating a possible sexual abuse case involving a juvenile victim under the age of 16. As a result of the investigation, the suspect, 31 year old Clinton Dale Hillman of Dothan, was arrested on Sunday February 12, 2023, and charged with three counts of Sexual Torture. The crimes are alleged to have been committed in January of 2022. His bond was set at $180,000.00.

Officers from the Goose Creek Department along with investigators from the South Carolina Department of Social Services (DSS) are investigating possible human trafficking involving minors inside a home in the Boulder Bluff subdivision. Two South Florida men are accused of trafficking a girl who was reported missing — and using her to lure another teen girl in Hialeah. ▫️Man breaks into Toledo home, kidnaps teen girl with autism
TOLEDO, Ohio - Toledo police arrested the man they say broke into a home and kidnapped a teenage girl with autism. The suspect, Dwight D. Mickel, 63, “forcibly entered” a home on Elliott Avenue Friday, according to court filings. Once inside, police said he “forcibly removed” a 15-year-old girl who has autism and put her into his vehicle. Authorities said they found Mickel and the girl an hour later and about two miles away from the home.

FOSTORIA, Ohio - A new assistant track and field coach at Lake High School is the latest man charged with sex crimes against a minor in an undercover operation led by Fostoria Police, authorities said Sunday.
