littlebit
I live in the Salem / Luthersburg area and one morning around Christmas I seen a white owl. It was to far away to get a good look at it so I couldn't tell if it was an albino or a Snow Owl. The story on the news has me wondering. We do see and hear owls, however, none of them have been this white. Has anyone else seen any?
Bon
I'm pretty sure I read where the snow owls were being pushed in to our area because of the weather. If I can find the pic, I will post it. littlebit

Bon
looks like a red shouldered hawk to me. We had one here about 4-5 yrs ago. He was using my bird feeder as a diner ...if ya know what I mean!!!!

littlebit
That is definitely not an owl, that I know. This is probably what I seen that morning (half asleep) thinking it might have been an owl.
Petee
The first picture looks like it's cold and the bird is probably puffed up trying to stay warm. Owl or hawk, it's a neat bird!
