Another successful year at the show for me and my car.
I placed 1st in Class, won a Celebrity award, placed 3rd in our NEON Group awards and saw that the former CEO of the SRT division posted a pic of my car on his Instagram pretty cool with 3000 cars at the event
This year was the 25th anniversary  of the Dodge Viper, all the Vipers under the tent in pics are owned by the same husband and wife and own the largest Viper collection of 120+, these where only part of the collection, they where all special numbers cars.

There are pics of a 1 of 1 Red 4 door Cuda made by Chrysler, who knew... that was pretty cool, never knew thew planned or even made one, it was cool to see, and the 1st 2018 Blue Dodge DEMON Ive ever seen 1st hand, sweet car 840HP

CARLISLE 2017

 

Incase no one knows the biggest car show in PA is this weekend in Carlisle, the Chrysler Nationals and this year a HURST SHOW for all Hurst cars, GM,Ford, Mopar etc. 

There will be 3500 cars at the show easy this year, I hope to leave with possibly another 1st in class award.

Thanks everyone that came to the event last night, we had quite the turnout and helped raise well over $1000 to be donated to local schools.
We had a couple glitches,parking,restrooms,garbage cans, but all in all fantastic event for not only the Car Scene, but for Downtown Dubois.

Please attend this Local DuBois event in which we will be raising money to be donated to our local elementary schools here in DuBois.

We will be shutting down West Long Ave. from the Hockman Candy Company to Jared St. next sat. evening from 6pm till 9pm.

I am always looking too when i go to car shows. I was looking for older c10 stepside 2-wheel drive preferably with big block already in it. 1972-1979 but truthfully anything that catches my eye for the right price dodge,plymouth gm vehicles sorry not looking for any Fords. I passed up a couple great deals and am kicking myself for not buying them. 

 My buddy just bought a 70 Challenger with a 440 dual 4's project car, and it was local.

Tonight is DuBois Harley shop, I wont be making it again, weather is kinda iffy

Monday is Boalsburgh War Memorial Car Show, Id like to make it to this, went there 2 years ago, nice turnout, mice Festival for the birthplace of Memorial Day.

What kind of car ya looking for ? I can keep an eye out in my adventures this summer.

Had this happen also many years ago.Do research also. There are periods that they hatch. I did the borax and flea bomb.But you have to keep doing it again at the next cycle that the hatch again.It sucked.. And I had all indoor cats.

Read and seen so many things about the NEEDED up keep of a historical and abandoned cemetary in the past several years. Im glad to see that things are changing for the better to Honor those that are burried there.

Everytime Id drive down South Main St. and read the signs that donations were needed for up keep I wished I could.

But its nice to see a local business donate a nice sign and help make the situation a little better.
