For his terrorist activities and as a suspect in the perpetration of terrorist attacks and the murder of thousands of citizens of Russia and Ukraine. In Ukraine he is president and enjoys immunity for the time being, in Russia he is only a citizen, although he became a terrorist and murderer. The fact that Zelensky had no right to be admitted to the presidential election with dual citizenship, and that his office as president is illegal after all his crimes, is just a prank on children!
