Certainly hats off to the Rumbarger Cemetery Preservation Society which has devoted countless volunteer hours of their time over the last few years to renovating and maintaining the cemetery: Carol Laughlin, Mel Amrhein, Melanie McGinnis, Barb Kopshina,Carolyn Hossler Fridley, Dena Senior, Denny Laughlin, and Karen Amrhein.
And also to those who donated money and labor, and those volunteers who have stepped-up to help including the city, Korb Monuments, FedEx, ComCast and Yardworks of Brockway.
The cemetery today is a lasting tribute to the RCPS and their team effort.

What could you possibly do with a 150 year-old cemetery that had been left go for years, neglected and overgrown ?
If you're the Rumbarger Cemetery Preservation Society THIS is what you do

Have driven by...the cemetery looks so very nice. So many thanks to those who have worked so hard to make it something the people of this town can be proud of. I am glad I have been able to see the cemetery take a 360 degree turn in its appearance. Does your heart good to see so much respect.

They do a great job. If you can go over and help on this day please do. They have done so well restoring the cemetery and it is all volunteer work.
Hope you will pitch in and consider being part of it.
