‘She hugged me immediately and she wouldn’t let go’: State Trooper finds lost 2-year-old on NY mountain NATIONAL NEWS by: Kayla Green, Nexstar Media Wire Posted: Apr 3, 2021 / 05:28 PM EDT / Updated: Apr 3, 2021 / 05:28 PM SOUTH BRISTOL, N.Y. (WROC) — New York State Trooper Brian Hotchkiss saved a missing 2-year-old girl from the top of a mountain on Saturday, saying 20 to 30 minutes could have entirely changed the outcome. When the 911 call came in to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office for the missing girl, they called the state police to help. Hotchkiss knew it was a fight against the clock. A sheriff’s K9, drone team, and investigators were also called along with the state police. “These missing kids, it can go really bad. It’s time-sensitive depending on the time of year, so although it was a nice day, the temperature was dropping,” he said. He and the other members of law enforcement knocked on neighbors’ doors, but as sundown loomed, they had to make a decision fast. Hotchkiss and two other troopers decided to climb the mountain a half-mile from the girl’s home. “The mountain was virtually in her backyard, and there were streams and ponds and all these things that we were all worried about.” He said it took him about an hour to get to the top. When he reached the top, all he saw at first was grey and brown in the trees, but then he saw a pink dot. He knew from dispatch that the girl was wearing a pink shirt when she disappeared. “I followed the stream and I located the child, she was lying on her stomach on a rock, and I ran over as quick as possible and I saw her arm move and I knew she was alive, and my heart just dropped. I was so excited, I ran up and she hugged me immediately and she wouldn’t let go. He said she was shivering when they found her, and another trooper wrapped her in his uniform to keep her warm. She was taken by ambulance to the hospital and he said she’s safe and healthy now. “I still can’t get that out of my head, her turning over and looking at me and throwing her hands up in the air. I’ll never forget that.” SEE VIDEO REPORT ; https://www.wearecentralpa.com/news/national-news/she-hugged-me-immediately-and-she-wouldnt-let-go-state-trooper-finds-lost-2-year-old-on-ny-mountain/

It's not supposed to "make sense". It can't, it's the Liberal mind dreaming it up. It's a power thing. The Liberals want to show you the power they have over your lives. The amazing part!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Some people actually voted for it.

professional sports needs to stay out of politics. Atlanta just lost millions in tourist money. The workers just lost huge money. All because professional sports, Tv advertisers, billionaire owners , and $100 million prima donna athletes wanted to become political activists. The working class person got screwed again.

It’s For the same reason democrats want children to be able to vote......it’s for the vote. WHICH BTW.....is in a way a fraudulent idea. The horror of wanting voting to be legitimate by requiring ID.

Sad thing is by boycotting and pulling out of companies they are hurting very Americans that they profess to be supporting.. Jobs will be lost, money will go elsewhere, hurting those workers who will lose jobs. Makes no sense..

The highest office in the nation deserves nothing else than to prove who you say you are by showing ID to vote. Completely stupid not to.

Anonymous child’s act of kindness leaves huge impact for local police LOCAL NEWS by: Yanni Tragellis Posted: Apr 3, 2021 / 08:51 AM EDT / Updated: Apr 3, 2021 / 08:57 AM EDT CLEARFIELD, Pa. (WTAJ) – One simple act of kindness has had a huge impact in the Clearfield Borough Police Department. Assistant chief Nathan Curry returned to the station at 3:30 Friday morning, after a long night where he says he was on calls throughout the whole night. He says he found an envelope taped to the front door of the police station. After opening it and finding the letter from the anonymous “good deed kid”, Curry says the long night he was having was immediately forgotten. The note has been the talk of the department since Curry found it. Officer’s wondering who he may be? And what impact an officer may have had on him to lead to this good deed. “We never know. It’s just, the unknown is what the great part is,” Curry said. “What impact have we had on this child?” While the officer’s wonder what impact they have had on the kid, Clearfield County District Attorney Ryan Sayers says the impact it has had on the officer’s is huge. “I know how much it brightens their day and really makes the job worthwhile for them whenever they get a little recognition or thanks for the hard work that they do,” Sayers said. Although the gift card was greatly appreciated by officer’s, they will pay it forward, and hope the good deed kid’s actions start a chain reaction of good deed’s throughout the community. As for the note, Curry says it will be framed and hung in the hallway immediately upon entering the building. That way every officer can see it, and they are reminded every day that there is someone out there that appreciates them. “That just gives them that reassurance that whatever we’re doing is making an impact and that there are people out there that really do care,” Curry said. How I love MLB! BUT, not as much as I love the USA. Good bye MLB along with all other professional sports who are participating in this idiocy that is going on in America. Good bye Delta, Coca Cola and anyone else on this bandwagon. How laughable that you think we value your opinions. The last time I flew, it was Delta. Never again.

She has started PT & OT in DuBois, plus Brandi will be learning American Sign Language. Faith will be having surgery to have a feeding tube placed in her abdomen within the next month. With her sensory issues, she isn’t consuming enough calories by eating or drinking. Maybe I just might have something to share on Friday.....not positive!! 😁😉❤️

2-Year-Old Defies The Odds, Beats Cancer And Rings The Bell On Her Birthday Doctors didn't believe Faith would make it to her first birthday but two years later, she's cancer-free.January 21, 2021 at 3:28 am Filed Under:cancer, Full Trisomy 18, Local TV, Pittsburgh News, UPMC Children's Hospital, Wilms Tumor By: KDKA-TV News Staff PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – It was a little over two years ago when Faith was born and doctors diagnosed her with Full Trisomy 18. Full Trisomy 18 is a condition that causes a baby’s organs to develop in an abnormal way due to having an extra chromosome in some or all of their body’s cells. When that diagnosis was handed down, she was given at best, a 10% chance of survival. The odds said she would not see her first birthday. Faith defied those odds and made it to January 2020. Unfortunately, months later in August, Faith and her family were handed more bad news. She was then diagnosed with cancer when an abdominal ultrasound revealed a 2-inch tumor on her left kidney and lesions on both kidneys if left untreated. Thanks to the faith of the family and the help of Dr. Julia Meade at UPMC Children’s Hospital, five treatments later, Faith the tumor had disappeared. Even after those treatments, Faith’s battle was not over. She went through dehydration, a UTI that turned septic, and other maladies, but again, Faith overcame. It was January 15, 2021, that Faith had defied the odds one last time. At 2-years-old, she completed her final chemotherapy treatment and rang the bell at UPMC Children’s. “Not only did Faith defy the odds once again by turning 2-years-old, but she also proved that there is power in prayer by completing her final chemo treatment in the war against Wilms Tumor,” Faith’s mother Brandi wrote in a Facebook post. You can watch the full video of Faith and her family ringing the bell on UPMC Children’s Hospital Of Pittsburgh’s Facebook page. https://pittsburgh.cbslocal.com/2021/01/21/faith-and-family-defy-odds-beat-cancer/
