Question - Saplings

Recommended Posts

We had quite a few at the plant sale. Don't know what is left and might be slightly under 2 feet but definitely aren't seedlings. Just identified the mystery sapling as a saw toothed aspen. There were maple, oak and a few mystery ones.

If you are digging them then you want to wait till the leaves fall.  Mark it with some sort of ribbon and prepare to dig in the fall.  If you have a hole all ready prepared in a good spot then you can drop it in, water it, and in the spring it won't know it even moved.

What kind of a tree are you looking for?
