Administrators Pompeii Posted February 11, 2006 Author Administrators Share Posted February 11, 2006 Pasta Primavera it is super easy and really yummy... I am always looking for great new pasta dishes (so please share yours) You will need: 1 can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup 1/2 cup milk 5 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese- or more if you like it cheesey! 1/4 tsp. garlic powder or fresh minced garlic. 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots) 2 cups cubed cooked chicken 4 cups hot cooked pasta, cooked without salt- I personally like to use penne pasta. Directions MIX soup, milk, cheese, garlic powder and vegetables in saucepan. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until tender-crisp. ADD chicken and heat through. Serve over pasta. Talk about a 15 minute dinner! Hope you like it.

picksbughfan
Quick Pasta Shrimp Alfredo Penne Pasta cooked and drained (or your favorite pasta) 1-2 jars of favorite Alfredo sauce, I like Bertolli's 1 bag of ready to eat large shrimp 1 can mushrooms This is pretty quick once you have the pasta cooked, I thaw the shrimp, (run under cold water and take tails off) , add them in a saucepan with the Alfredo sauce and mushrooms. Sometimes if I happen to have any broccoli in the fridge I will steam that in microwave and toss in too. Once this is all heated up just toss over the pasta. I serve this with some good Italian bread. We never have any leftovers.
