I will agree with you on highly organized religion which moves away from individuals toward mass projects.  They almost begin to behave like big business.  God's desire is to commune with individuals, not business entities.

Politics is about power over food, land and money.  Again, the bigger it is, the more the individuals get lost in the process and the easier it is to lose sight of the weakest links.

Greed is simply how Satan gets the most for his buck.

Kindness and social responsibility are learned from any adult who considers a specific child to be "theirs" to teach.  Lets hope that there are more moral parents than parents who only teach their children to get ahead.
