I have dealt with masks in many different jobs I have had over the years. At best they are no more than preventative maintenance. They have been forced on people by people trying to limit their liability.

1) people were staying home.  2) Children weren't in school.  School is a cesspool for germs.  3) people were actually washing their hands for once.
