I couldn't get the link to play. It only blooms once and at night? Wow...that adds to the allure and exclusiveness. Do you have a blooming party? Can you tell exactly what night it will bloom? How long does the bloom last?

it's nature's most perfect food.Have you ever traveled anywhere in PA where Heinz ketchup wasn't on every restaurant table?

Scrapple...I know what's in it, so I don't eat it.

It must have been before my time.

Maybe forgive, but don't forget....does that work for ya?Good for Vick. He is probably doing more to help animals than all his critics put together, and most of his critics are probably hyppocrites.
Christmas is a time we remember many things that Christ taught, and one of them is forgiveness.

I love rhubarb pie, so I wanted to be sure if it was one and the same. It grew in my grandmother's yard, and it just grew naturally, with no help from anyone, so far as I knew.

Is RHUBARD anything like RHUBARB?

Some people are easily amused.

Very interesting Metzlof....The theater was reached by a long lobby, as shown in the maps. There were shops on both sides of the lobby, in the same building, as shown in the 1913 map, though not accessible from the theater lobby.

The lady on the sidewalk has clothing typical of the 1890's era, with the long skirt, and hat. Is my guess.

I think you are right. The First Methodist Church had the steeple, that was removed, at some point. The large square building with the "box" on top, was definitely the Avenue Theater, which was on Long Avenue, down the hill, and across from the church. The "box" on top of the theater housed the stage curtain, when it was raised and lowered. The picture may have been taken from a upper floor of a home on the upper side of Brady Street, near Weber Ave.I do believe you are spot-on. If you look further, the building at the extreme front-right of the photo appears to be the same church that still stands on the corner of Weber and Brady.

My two Lhasa's thrive on Eagle Pack chicken and pork meal original. It is ranked 4.5 out of 5 in the dog food advisor site. most dog food has corn and wheat as the primary ingrediat. Thee are not the best for dogs. Pedigree only ranks 1, as do most popular brands. eagle pack is a bit more expensive, but not as much as other premium foods. I buy 30 lbs. for $37.00 to $40.00.... Delivered free by Amazon Prime, in 2 days. I feed them dry, it is always available to them. No, they don't overeat.
