Just watched Joe walk right up to the police tape on the very edge of the bridge - while the first responders were yelling at him to not go any farther.  I thought for a second that we were about to have our first  female black President.

    Not from Walmart, but...

My debit card got pinged by Uber for about 5-6 transactions totaling just short of $400 back in October.

And the old lady's debit card got nail by Microsoft 2-3 times for under $300 in November.

All charges disputed and both of our respective banks worked with Visa to stop charges and refund.   New card issued with new #'s of course.

If I were you all, I'd do a daily check of your bank account activities.

No matter what store you are purchasing items from - grocery store, restaurant, department store, apparel store, etc. - you should always check both your bag( s) and your receipt before leaving the store. Bags sometime get left behind, items sometime are not put in the bag, items of the customer next in line get charged, regular prices instead of sale prices are used, etc. You should also watch the register as items are being registered in it.  Clerks are only human and are usually very busy and over-worked.  It only takes a minute to check and possibly checking in advance saves you from having to return to the store later.

I don’t eat fries at any fast food place. Don’t know what they put on them for a coating anymore, plus they use way too much salt. I don’t put salt on anything unless I taste it first.

Yes, there are a few.  Most likely it is the ones that typically do not wear a mask.  Never said it was comfortable to have to wear one.  However, considering the large amount of staff that do wear one for extended periods and/or periodically throughout the day, the ill health affects are largely unfounded and simply bull$hit made-up excuses.
If you don't want to wear one, that's fine with me.  I really do not care.  If your workplace requires it and you lose your job, that is fine with me, too.  You make your choices and affect whatever consequences may occur.
There are, arguably, lots of unnatural things we do to our bodies.  Eyeglasses, hearing aids, piercings.  Try walking into work naked and see what happens.
I do not equate the wearing of a mask, or not, as a symbol of freedom or political affiliation.  However, if you are close enough to me that I can feel or smell or breathe, wear a mask.  My optometrist and dentist have been wearing a mask long before COVID.   If you come to my house, and I ask you to wear a mask, I expect you to comply, especially if one my elderly parents are there visiting.  If we are outside digging a ditch, no need.

People like to talk but not to the right people. We as a community needs to stand together and help our officers in nabbing these people that are stuck in this hole and get them the help they need to be able to become a good standing citizen.  But how do we get them the help they need? All these individuals could be clean and working these businesses instead of the businesses shutting down.. But once again there is no help. So the first thing we as a community needs to do is find a program that can get these individuals the help they need and get them to be productive beings instead of throwing them away and forgetting about them.  I think what the city and surrounding areas are doing is a start but not the final solution. Time and strategy will win and for all these people complaining about how "militarized" the police were. How dumb are u. They should have smashed into these houses with their armored vehicle and woke them up. I think they should have went harder. You never know what they are going into. They need the upper hand. They did a outstanding job and they will get to the top. Keep up the great work and thank you for keeping our community safe. Hats off to every single person involved in saving multiple lives.  👏

Congradulations to PSU Dubois. This building has been well needed.  As a student who went there  over 30 yrs ago, Should have been done 20 years ago.  The bathrooms and Locker rooms were always inadequate.  Especially for events. The Fitness Center was adequate at best. Its nice to see PSU University Park finally recognizing the branch campus.

If there is a restaurant with a PA liquor license at TL, ie, the Lakeview Lodge, then the gate has to let you in.  They may question  you at the gate as to where you are going - and then warn you that you are not permitted to go anywhere other than to the Lakeview Lodge and if you do so you will be trespassing.  I have not been to TL for a while, but I used to get in with just a wave and a smile.

DuBoiser reacted to allboys in Two new stimulus checks? These lawmakers want more direct payments
There are plenty of jobs.  People need to quit think the government (taxpayer) pockets are Mary Poppin's carpet bag.  I wouldn't be unwillingly to see what they could come up with for rental assistance for those working, a match type system. I wouldn't be unwillingly to see what they come up with for food assistance, farmer's market vouchers, or a step down assistance program.  However the last thing needed are more direct payments to people that can and should be working.  Businesses have upped wages, are offering bonuses and are begging for workers.  Free money is never free and it is killing the taxpayers.

Wonder what the national teachers Union leaders(AFT) and blue city teachers now think after a one year government sponsored vacation. Just on the news Tuesday the woman who was president of the AFT said they arent going back. If they dont, they should be relieved of their jobs. Im sure there are plenty of new teachers available.
