Alysia77
This bush was in my parents landscaping when they bought their house and we would like to know what it is. Everybody has a suggestion of what it is but nobody knows for sure. It smells VERY good!

Jay
We have some of those. I have always thought they were mock orange. And do they ever smell good as long as you don't have allergies.

lavender
Yep, they are blooming now. I have a huge over grown one at the top of the yard that I bought as a teeny thing from Gurney's yeas ago. I have to go up and sniff it. I planted it for the sweet odor and it is too far to smell it from the house.
Petee
Sometimes you can dig starts from around the edges of the roots, and they can also be started from cuttings.
