  1. David Ben Zion, Deputy Commander of Unit 71, told i24News that he had seen victims decapitated, including children.

'We went door after door, we killed a lot of the terrorists,' he said.

'We are stronger than them. They are aggressive, they are very bad.

'They cut heads off children, cut heads off women. But we are stronger than them.'

As many as 40 babies and small children were killed, IDF soldiers told i24News after taking them to the scene of the atrocity.

Harrowing images from the scene showed a baby's cot covered with blood; her small bloodied dress lying next to it.

The Israeli soldiers were seen comforting each other after witnessing such horrors, including the bodies of entire families who were gunned down in their beds.

'You see the babies, the mothers, the fathers, in their bedrooms, in their protection rooms and how the terrorist kills them,' said Israeli Major General Itai Veruv.

    'It's not a war, it's not a battlefield. It's a massacre, it's a terror activity.

  2. Missing child recovered by Punxsutawney Borough Police

PUNXSUTAWNEY —Punxsutawney Borough Police received a report of a 16-year-old girl who was possibly being trafficked through the Punxsutawney area on Friday.

According to Punxsutawney Borough Police, on Thursday Oct. 5, the Bedford Massachusetts Police Department and Massachusetts State Police requested assistance regarding a possible human trafficking victim in the Punxsutawney area.

According to information provided by the Massachusetts Commonwealth Fusion Center, a juvenile female was last seen going to

get on the school bus at

7 a.m. on Oct. 4, in Bedford, Massachusetts. The juvenile never attended school that day and did not return to her home in Bedford.

The juvenile’s cellphone was found later that afternoon in a trash can located in a shopping center in Bedford.

The juvenile was described as 16 years of age, of Guatemalan decent, approximately 4’11 in height, 150 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.

    Police said the

juvenile is Spanish speaking, and speaks little to no English.

The Bedford Police Department obtained video surveillance from the shopping center where juvenile’s cellphone was recovered.

Through their investigation, the juvenile appeared on video getting into a gray SUV.

The MSP High Risk Victims Unit was contacted and able to obtain a vehicle registration.

Through their investigation, the driver of the vehicle of interest was later identified and told investigators that he was paid to drop the girl off at a downtown Mahoning Street business address in Punxsutawney.

Punxsutawney Borough Police checked multiple apartment buildings in the downtown above businesses Thursday evening; however, they were unable to locate the victim.

On the following day, on Friday, Oct. 6, Punxsutawney Borough Police received new information from the MSP High Risk Victims Unit that the driver was reinterviewed and now stated that the girl was dropped off on the 1000 block of East Mahoning Street and an adult male came out of a house and paid the driver $400.

The driver also provided a phone number to investigators from the man he was paid by.

An analysis of the victim’s recovered phone in MA revealed a phone number from the Punxsutawney area and was the same number provided by the driver.

The cellphone was provided to the Jefferson County 911 Center, and data was able to be reported back to Punxsutawney Borough Police.

Master Patrolman Ryan Miller and Police Chief Matt Conrad responded to the 1000 block of East Mahoning Street.

However, a search of the area did not locate the juvenile.

Following new information, Miller and Conrad then responded to a downtown restaurant where the missing person flyer provided by the MSP was shown to employees.

The employees reported that they had not seen the missing juvenile.

Officers went into the kitchen area of the restaurant where the juvenile was subsequently recovered, observed with a hat pulled down over her face, head down and washing dishes.

The juvenile was positively identified via taking a cellphone photo and sending it to MSP High Risk Victims Unit. The juvenile hesitantly confirmed to being the person depicted in the missing person flyer.

The juvenile was taken to Punxsutawney Area Hospital for any necessary medical care and to be evaluated by a physician.

She was released to the care and custody of the Jefferson County Juvenile Probation Department, awaiting officials from U.S. Immigration and Customs.

    The investigation continues.

  3. Gallant: Hamas will soon realize it made a grave mistake, and will pay a heavy price

Defense Minister Yoav Gallant threatens the Hamas terror group after it launched a murderous invasion in southern Israel today and fired thousands of rockets

“It did not distinguish between women, children, and elderly, it harmed all of them. [Hamas] will soon realize it made a grave mistake, and will pay the price,” Gallant says in a video statement.

“We will change the face of reality in Gaza 50 years ahead,” Gallant adds.

These evil people snatched young and old people off the streets. You know they are torturing all the men and raping all the woman no matter what their age. These scum need to be eliminated.

I hope Netanyahu fullfills hi s promise when he said he vows to turn Gaza into 'rubble'

If Biden does not help Israel then he is a useless coward who should kicked out of office.

The same thing will happen here with all those millions of young men who have crossed the border.

I fear this will definitely happen here and if so then God help them because they will die also.

Bodies Paraded Through Gaza Streets, Hamas Militants Flying Paragliders: Videos Show Horrors of Surprise Attack on Israel

One video shows a pickup truck parading a dead body through the streets of Gaza

Harrowing videos from the Hamas surprise attack on Israel show Palestinian militants flying motorized paragliders into cities, gunmen opening fire on Israeli civilians and bodies being paraded through the Gaza Strip in the most widespread invasion of Israel's territory in 50 years.

In addition to launching some 5,000 rockets and sending in ground forces to attack at least 22 locations, Hamas deployed paragliders, the Israeli army said Saturday.

Video posted to X — formerly Twitter — by Sky News correspondent Alistair Bunkall showed a paraglider soaring over an urban area, as booms echo in the background over the whir of the craft's engine.

If you click on the link at the top it wqill give you the rest of the story along with images. My question is this..... Is this the beginning of World War III?

It is not looking good people.

Seems Hamas only understands one thing and that is being evil. The Israelis need to show them the error of their ways and carpet bomb the entire region eliminating every last one of them. The time for being nice is over. Kill them all

FEMA AND FCC PLAN NATIONWIDE EMERGENCY ALERT TEST FOR OCT. 4; TEST
MESSAGES WILL BE SENT TO ALL TVS, RADIOS AND CELL PHONES
    [https://www.fema.gov/press-release/20231003/fema-and-fcc-plan-nationwide-emergency-alert-test-oct-4-test-messages-will]

    Release Date:
    October 3, 2023

WASHINGTON -- FEMA, in coordination with the Federal Communications
Commission (FCC), will conduct a nationwide test
    [https://www.fema.gov/emergency-managers/practitioners/integrated-public-alert-warning-system/national-test-2023] of
    the Emergency Alert System
    [https://www.fema.gov/emergency-alert-system] (EAS) and Wireless
    Emergency Alerts
    [https://www.fema.gov/emergency-managers/practitioners/integrated-public-alert-warning-system/public/wireless-emergency-alerts]
    (WEA) tomorrow, Oct. 4.

The national test will consist of two portions, testing WEA and EAS
capabilities. Both tests are scheduled to begin at approximately 2:20
p.m. ET on Wednesday, Oct. 4.

The WEA portion of the test will be directed to consumer cell phones.
This will be the third nationwide test, but the second test to all
WEA-compatible cellular devices. The test message will display in
either English or in Spanish, depending on the language settings of
    the wireless handset.

The EAS portion of the test will be sent to radios and televisions.
This will be the seventh nationwide EAS test.

FEMA and the FCC are coordinating with EAS participants, wireless
providers, emergency managers and other stakeholders in preparation
for this national test to minimize confusion and maximize the public
    safety value of the test.

The purpose of the test is to ensure that the systems continue to be
effective means of warning the public about emergencies, particularly
those on the national level. In case the Oct. 4 test is postponed, due
to widespread severe weather or other significant events, the back-up
    testing date is Oct. 11.

The WEA portion of the test will be initiated using FEMA’s
Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS)
a centralized internet-based system administered by FEMA that enables
authorities to send authenticated emergency messages to the public
through multiple communications networks. The WEA test will be
administered via a code sent to cell phones.

This year the EAS message will be disseminated as a Common Alerting
Protocol (CAP) message via the Integrated Public Alert and Warning
System-Open Platform for Emergency Networks (IPAWS-OPEN).

All wireless phones should receive the message only once. The
following can be expected from the nationwide WEA test:

    	* Beginning at approximately 2:20 p.m. ET, cell towers will broadcast
the test for approximately 30 minutes. During this time,
WEA-compatible wireless phones that are switched on, within range of
an active cell tower, and in a geographic area where the wireless
provider participates in WEA, should be capable of receiving the test
    message.
    	* For consumers, the message that appears on their phones will read:
“THIS IS A TEST of the National Wireless Emergency Alert System. No
    action is needed.”
    	* Phones with the main menu set to Spanish will display: “ESTA ES
UNA PRUEBA del Sistema Nacional de Alerta de Emergencia.  No se
    necesita acción.”
    	* Similar to when your phone receives an Amber Alert, the WEA alert
tone is generally only played when the alert is initially received by
the phone and on some devices stops as soon as the user clicks a
    button.
    	* If a phone is off before the test alert is sent and not turned back
on until after the WEA Test expires (approximately 30 minutes), the
phone should not get the test message.

WEA alerts are created and sent by authorized federal, state, local,
tribal and territorial government agencies through IPAWS to
participating wireless providers, which deliver the alerts to
compatible handsets in geo-targeted areas. To help ensure that these
alerts are accessible to the entire public, including people with
disabilities, the alerts are accompanied by a unique tone and
    vibration.

Important information about the EAS test:

    	* The EAS portion of the test is scheduled to last approximately one
minute and will be conducted with the participation of radio and
television broadcasters, cable systems, satellite radio and television
    providers and wireline video providers.
    	* The test message will be similar to the regular monthly EAS test
messages with which the public is familiar. It will state: “This is
a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System, issued by the Federal
Emergency Management Agency, covering the United States from 14:20 to
14:50 hours ET. This is only a test. No action is required by the
    public."

    NOTE TO BROADCAST OUTLETS:

Please do not include the tones or Attention Signals in broadcast TV
or radio coverage about the Nationwide Emergency Alert Test being
conducted on Oct. 4, 2023. Doing so could result in a violation of
federal regulations, which prohibit the use of Emergency Alert System
codes (which are audible tones) or the EAS and WEA Attention Signals,
or simulations of them, except in actual emergencies, authorized tests
of the EAS, or authorized Public Service Announcements (PSAs).

  8. We all remember March 2020, when we were placed under lockdown due to the government’s pandemic regulations.

Unless you were deemed essential, you stayed home.

Schools closed. Businesses shuttered. Entertainment venues went silent.

In some places, you weren’t allowed out of your home except for certain times of day – and if you had a pass.

Initially, we thought it would just be a matter of days. Days turned to weeks. Weeks to months.

Now, 3 years later, we can look back in amazement that the government managed to get us to stay home for so long.

    Well, the powers-that-be remember, too.

And now there is talk that they may use their knowledge that fear prompts public obedience to lock us down again.

This time instead of flattening the curve, we will be told we are saving the earth.

Climate lockdowns have been discussed for a few years, but, in recent weeks, there has been an increasing push for President Biden to declare a “climate emergency,” giving him enhanced statutory powers that can be renewed over and over again.

I don’t want to be an alarmist, but as you will see, all signs point to this IS coming.

    See for yourself.

Let’s Start at the Source: The WEF

The idea of climate lockdowns, not surprisingly, begins with the World Economic Forum.

The organization has been pushing for a climate-based economy for some time now. In fact, Klaus Schwab’s daughter, Nicole Schwab, is leading the charge for this type of economy. (You can see her thoughts in this video clip.)

The scary thing is, the WEF believes it can convince the public to stay home to reduce carbon emissions.

This shouldn’t come as a surprise though.

Global elites, governments, and local leaders learned a lot about what the public will tolerate thanks to COVID-19 – and, now, they’ve sharpened their tactics to get people to bend to their will.

In 2021, Yuval Noah Harari, an advisor to the WEF, proposed stopping all flights and locking down entire countries as a means to make people “more open to radical ideas about how to deal with climate change.”

In a 2022 article on the WEF website entitled ‘My Carbon’: An approach for inclusive and sustainable cities, they write, “COVID-19 was the test of social responsibility – A huge number of unimaginable restrictions for public health were adopted by billions of citizens across the world. There were numerous examples globally of maintaining social distancing, wearing masks, mass vaccinations and acceptance of contact-tracing applications for public health, which demonstrated the core of individual social responsibility.”

The idea is to push “climate lockdowns,” like COVID lockdowns, as well as “My Carbon” initiatives where the public faces increased costs for carbon-intensive activities.

Fear tactics, such as tracking and surveillance, would help make climate lockdowns successful.

But they may not even have to use that much force to get us to go along with their plan.

    CLosed-Store_480x480.jpg?v=1692892707

Get this: A new Pew Research Center survey in 17 advanced economies found widespread concern about the personal impact of global climate change. 80% of citizens polled say they are willing to change how they live and work to combat the effects of climate change.

Back in March, filmmaker Ami Horowitz released a video where he asked average Americans on the streets of LA if they’d support a Covid-style lockdown to bring CO2 levels down.

    And guess what?

Almost everyone interviewed agreed climate change is one of the top issues facing humanity today, AND they were open to climate lockdowns if that would help save the planet.

    Watch Ami’s video here.

The Push for Lockdowns in the US

It might come as a surprise that US legislation has already been introduced.

In 2021, Oregon Rep. Earl Blumenauer introduced legislation (Climate Emergency Act of 2021) that was co-sponsored by 62 congressional Democrats.

This bill would “require the President to declare a national climate emergency under the National Emergencies Act, and for other purposes.”

Require the president. That verbiage comes directly from the bill.

    According to the bill:

“The President, in responding to the emergency, must ensure that the government

    • invests in large scale mitigation and resiliency projects;
    • makes investments that enable a racially and socially just transition to a clean energy economy by ensuring that at least 40% of investments flow to historically disadvantaged communities;
    • avoids solutions that increase inequality or violate human rights;
    • creates jobs that conform to labor standards that provide family sustaining wages and benefits and ensure safe workplaces;
    • prioritizes local and equitable hiring and contracting that creates opportunities for marginalized communities;
    • combats environmental injustice; and
    • reinvests in existing public sector institutions and creates new public sector institutions to strategically mobilize and channel investments at the scale and pace required by the national emergency.”

While nothing happened with this piece of legislation, it is out there.

And, in recent weeks, the pressure has been mounting for Biden to take action.

The truth is, Biden doesn’t need this congressional bill to pass.

He can just sign an executive order declaring a “climate emergency” that would grant him powers needed to force lockdowns and the rationing of energy AND food.

That is, unless Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va) and other Republican lawmakers get their way.

The Senator has reintroduced a bill that would prevent Biden from issuing such a declaration.

According to the Senator’s site: “The proposed legislation would prevent Biden from using three primary statutory authorities available (the National Emergencies Act, the Stafford Act, and section 319 of the Public Health Service Act) to declare a national emergency solely on the basis of climate change.

“The bill would not prevent Biden from acting on other national emergencies or major disasters, including hurricanes, flooding, etc.”

    The White House’s Stance

Back in July, lawmakers said “the White House informed them it was considering the emergency declaration, though it had not yet decided whether to take the step.”

Karine Jean-Pierre, the White House press secretary, told reporters on July 19, “The president is going to do everything he can to take action. This climate emergency [decision] is not going to happen tomorrow but we still have it on the table.”

During an interview on August 9, Biden was asked: “Are you prepared to declare a national emergency with respect to climate change?”

His answer: “I’ve already done that. [...] practically speaking, yes.”

He also added that climate is “THE existential threat to humanity.”

And last week, the president called climate change “an emergency” and said:

“In the coming weeks, I’m going to use the power I have as president and turn these words into formal, official government actions through the appropriate proclamations, executive orders, and regulatory power that the president possesses.”

    blackout_b3e6eec9-47b9-444f-b874-181f4de

Mounting Pressure for the US to Declare a Climate Emergency

For some in Congress, Biden isn’t doing enough.

Senator Ed Markey (D-Mass.) recently urged Biden to use his emergency authority to enact strong climate change measures.

Markey told Politico, “In the absence of congressional action it is critically important he [Biden] use all of his powers.

In a July 20 article, The Los Angeles Times posed this question: Would an occasional blackout help solve climate change?

The article argues that living with an occasional blackout would be an acceptable inconvenience to fight climate change – even though a Los Angeles energy official said that “someone dies every time we have a power outage.”

In addition to progressives pushing for Biden to declare a climate emergency, he is also being pressured by other countries.

The UK-based news source The Guardian printed an opinion piece on July 27, 2023, titled “Joe Biden must declare a climate emergency. And he must do so now.

Gas and Oil Execs Anticipate a Declaration

Another sign climate lockdowns are coming is that the U.S. energy industry fears this will be the case.

US Oil and Gas Association President Tim Stewart recently told Just the News, “They're leaning in that direction. [….] If you grant the president's emergency powers to declare a climate emergency, it's just like COVID.”

Just the News adds, “Stewart also said such a declaration would give the president ‘vast and unchecked authority to shut down everything from communications to infrastructure.’ He said infrastructure would include water and electricity, and that Biden also could freeze assets under such a declaration.”

The UN Created a Climate Emergency Web Page

Another sign this may be coming is that the United Nations created a web page specifically for a “Climate Emergency.”

The opening reads, “The science is clear. The world is in a state of climate emergency, and we need to shift into emergency gear.”

And the White House cooperated with the UN to make it.

    See it here.

What Biden’s Presidential Emergency Powers Can Do

According to the Congressional Research Service, presidential emergency powers “may be exercised in the event that the nation is threatened by crisis, exigency, or emergency circumstances.”

In other words, President Biden is legally allowed to use his presidential right to declare an emergency (aka a Climate Emergency).

Politico reports, “Experts say Biden could invoke the 1976 National Emergencies Act to give himself the power to order the manufacture of clean energy technology, deploy renewables on military bases, block crude oil exports or even suspend offshore drilling — though that would require compensation to the owners. Though the law limits emergency declarations to one year, it could be renewed annually to address the increasingly troubling impacts of climate change.”

There are 136 potential powers available to the president upon declaring a national emergency.

Most notable among them is a 2015 law that allows the president to restrict the export of crude oil during a national emergency.

What a Climate Lockdown May Look Like

To have a better understanding of what may be coming, let’s go straight to the source.

According to the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, “As COVID-19 spread earlier this year, governments introduced lockdowns in order to prevent a public-health emergency from spinning out of control. In the near future, the world may need to resort to lockdowns again – this time to tackle a climate emergency. […] Under a ‘climate lockdown,’ governments would limit private-vehicle use, ban consumption of red meat, and impose extreme energy-saving measures, while fossil-fuel companies would have to stop drilling. To avoid such a scenario, we must overhaul our economic structures and do capitalism differently.”

Again, they are pointing to COVID lockdowns as a way to say this is possible.

Climate lockdowns may look like this:

    Use What We Learned

  9. Just a shout out to the Hahne nurses. They are great.

My wife (Mr. D"s daughter) has been diagnosed with cancer and this is her 4th week of Chemo. We will be going until Feb. and then radiation.

The nurses are very good and caring. Kudos to them

The patients are lucky to have them.

I get a kick out of everyone waiting for the soup cart. I will say it is good. I look forward to it also. While not as tasty as my wife's soup it is still good.

There is a guy near us who is wanting that soup. Haha

Seriously though people are lucky to have these nurses caring for them.

It will be a long process and emotionally draining for her and me but we will get through it.

  10. Fetterman is a disgrace not only as a Pennsylvanian but as a Senator and a human being.

People who vote for certain Democrats are some of the stupidest people in America.  Everyone who voted for this clown should have their asses kicked.

First we had Biden who is incompetent and then we have this guy. If Hitler was running as a democrat these clowns would vote for him. Actually Hitler or the Devil would be a better choice than Biden, Fetterman, Pelosi, Feinstein.

The only thing I am thankful for is when my Granddaughter is old enough to vote these clowns will be dead and buried from old age. Fetterman may not be but I am sure hoping he will be voted out in the future.

  11. I doubt many know who this man is and when I saw a user mention him yesterday I thought I would make a post about him.

Russell has upset the elites and they are spreading rumors etc. They also on the same day said the same accusations against the actor from the film the Sound of freedom.

The left has been trying to get people to ignore this film and they are going against the people who are speaking out against governments and whatever the left disagree with.

    Shame on them.

I do not believe one word the media says about people. look what they are doing to President Trump.

Shocks me that it hasn't even happened yet and everyone is all up in arms about it.:popcorn:

In all my years at Lezzers doing estimates this is what was ranked at one of my highest bitches. When a customer would come in looking for a recommendation and i would refer a few contractors and the customer would then call them and the contractor would never call back. If you're referred and don't want the job that's ok however give the customer the  common courtesy to let them know. If you don't have the decency to do that then don't bother advertising for work when you get a little slow. Because you've done it to yourselves.

Exactly call them back and say I am to busy right now and either refer them to someone else or ask if they don't mind waiting until your work slows down.

I even told the one guy I know you might be busy and he said he was but he would come look at it and see if he could fit it in but then nothing. I much rather he said sorry I cannot this year etc.

Hey Gator, don't move to Florida, these contractors invented the process you are talking about.

In North Carolina if someone mentions pig roast or steamed clams on a Wednesday then the jobs shut down and you won't see anyone until the next week.  I have also seen in Greensburg NC a contractor employee pull into a job to finish a building that was 8 months late sit there all day and at the end of the day get out cut one piece of soffit put it up and then leave. It was amazing the lack of work ethic he had.

  15. Why do businesses even advertise when they do not want the business. Over the years I have had businesses call me back and some even coming out looking at the jobs and then never giving me quotes. In the past I have had house contractors either never calling me back or measuring the job and then never calling me back. It took me 5 contractors before I got the work done. One of those non call backs was an Amish guy. He was even doing a roof across the street but apparently could not walk the 30 or 40 feet to give me a quote. That project was for $40,000.

This year I have talked to 3 different lawn care services.  One had given me a quote and told me 4 to 6 weeks he would do the work. That was June 5th. I have never heard from him again. I messaged another guy a couple weeks ago and he was supposed to call last week but never heard from him. Seems if they start getting to big they don't care about medium jobs anymore. I wanted some work done at my mother's.

I did have another job for a third contractor to give me a quote on another job at my home.  Now this was at my home and it is a fairly big job but haven't heard from him yet either. I do not want to call the other two because they haven't gotten back to me.

Seems these businesses forget to do these smaller jobs and in the end they lose out on bigger jobs.

I most likely will just try and hire some local kids for the medium size job and only have them just clear off the bank and forget about it being leveled out.
