    Help!

If I were you, I would use Frontline topical for on your animal. Walmart brands don't work nearly as well or as long. You can get this at the vet, Petco, or Tractor Supply. I get Frontline plus. Costs but works. Make sure you get the cat kind for cat and dog kind for dog! An animal can be harmed if not. I agree with the above folks who say to get the flea bomb. They work. Just make sure you leave the house, and follow the instructions. Don't leave the pets in there either while the bomb is going off.
  2. I'm going to try that mustard, ketchup, brown sugar sauce next time I make meatloaf.
  3. I have 3 female dogs, and there is always a little jealousy. Usually, it's my scrappy beagle that wins. The other two usually back down. The longer they are together, the easier it gets. When they first met, it was hard.
  4. I knew about running the utensils under hot water, but not about the checker board pattern. Great tip!
  5. Beautiful! And most likely delicious!
  6. I wonder if this is what is behind all my blue spruce trees dying. However, it is the bottom limbs on my trees that are losing all their needles and it works its way up from there. Does anyone know about this? Can I save my trees? My other trees, evergreens included, are not affected.
  7. Love the pics and that sweet doggie!
  8. Thanks for the great pics, Bon and Sheldore!
  9. Where exactly is this? I've been to a similar cemetery off the road between Falls Creek and Reynoldsville.
  10. I went to the website. How interesting! I would have loved to visit that place!
  11. I love her. So precious.
  12. Much sympathy to you and yours Kikibaugh. I feel your loss. Chewy will always be with you, no matter how much time goes by. He is in your heart.
  13. Thanks for the post! As residents, our family has a lot of history here. It's cool to see what once was.
  14. Sending my sincere sympathy. It is so hard to say goodbye to a cherished pet.
  15. Beechwoods Presbyterian Church on 14 Beechwood Road in Falls Creek, PA, is holding Adult Lenten Study each Sunday, from 6 p.m. To 7 p.m., with refreshments following. The sessions begin March 9 and end April 13. All are welcome. More info may be obtained by contacting the church at (814) 371-2981.
  16. Prayers for your pup. Lumps are scary. I'm a dog lover and own 3. I have lost some along the way, too. Please let us know how your dog makes out at the vet. We anxiously await. Hugs to you and doggie.

Wish I could help. My family is from there and my grandfather worked mines there. He passed a few years back, and may have had some info. I'm going to follow this. Hope you get what you need.
  18. If it tastes like butter, I want it!
  19. Are there any pics of the main street where we can see the similar houses on both sides? I used to visit my Aunt and niece who lived there years ago. They lived in an old "company" house on the edge of town, and my niece's gram lived there, too. It was a very interesting place, and I liked going there and hearing it's history.
  20. This is for Roger Natti. If one truly understood how wonderful it was in heaven, one would not want to stay here on earth one more second. I can say with all truthfulness and conviction, based on what I have read in the Bible, it's not going to be boring!
  21. I am so sorry for your loss. I miss my 11 year old Sheltie mix, Riley, who departed this world on Wednesday, August 15, 2012. He was my faithful friend and was always with me. He will always have a special place in my heart.
  22. I'm inclined to agree with fox fan. Me maw, have you actually used this recipe?
