Dobby
I posted something similar in classifieds, but I wanted any of your ideas or past experiences. I'm trying to find a step/ramp for a large frame older dog to assist with jumping into SUVs or high up beds. I have ordered from online stores at least 3 different styles & returned them. Dog is not crazy about going up steps in her older age, but will go down steps. I am just seeking wisdom. Thanks
Lyndsey33
I saw pet steps at Kmart Saturday when I was there. I can't remember how much they were. They were in the Isle with the pet food. Seemed sturdy and it was only 3 steps indo believe. I was looking at them for my weiner dog. He has issues with steps too. Dobby
Pappy
How about just a ramp in general like they have at the dog wash. Could possible build one out of treated lumber and use some outdoor carpet on it. At the end just screw on a piece of angle iron or something similar to support the end on the vehicle. A 4 wheeler ramp would work good also just add some plywood and carpet. Now if you knew a welder who could cut it in sections and weld some hinges on it to fold up to take it with you. Trixie01
Gator - that sounds like a good idea - dog may be more inclined to use it since its not stairs. Dobby

lavender
Dogs don't much like slippery surfaces so gator might have something with the carpeting. Dobby
