    And Trump does admire Hitler

And even a third grader can type into a search engine on the internet to research claims. Such as typing in the research bar: Trump admires Hitler quote.

The quote originated with an anecdote told by Gen. John Kelly, a Trump chief of staff, but its authenticity has more than once been denied by Trump's spokespersons. Without further corroboration from witnesses or audio or video recordings, we are unable to confirm whether Trump actually made such a remark.

While Trump did not say, based on any sources we could find, that Hitler did "great things" or "I imagine myself like him," a secondhand account from a former staff member claimed that Trump did say Hitler did "some good things." However, we have no firsthand corroboration of this through other witnesses or audio or video footage. As such, we rate this claim as "Unproven."

  2. It’s not the old McDonald’s it’s the old Peking Restaurant that’s on the Boulevard.

I want to know exactly which restaurant because when employees refuse to truthfully answer the police, they certainly aren't someone I want to support.  The only one I know opening on the Boulevard is in the old McDonalds.  Is there another one that I don't know of?

  3. Just wondering… It is this weekend and haven’t seen any of the normal lists of events, activities or vendors. I know there’s going to be a parade, because I saw all the yellow barricades ready to go on all the streets. Haven’t seen any placed chairs though.

Far from neatness.  Trees are butchered

Yes. The trees are being shredded. Limbs look look they were were just pulled off the still standing trees, stumps look the same. A lot of the trees left probably won’t be very healthy.

Who’s idea was it to do it that way and who is doing the “clearing”.?

  5. Found this:

[Amended 12-11-2006 by Ord. No. 1707]
    A.
The City Manager shall be the chief administrative officer of the City of DuBois, appointed by a majority vote of the City Council. He/she shall serve at the discretion of the City. In addition thereto:
    (1)
The Manager shall be responsible to direct, supervise and manage the administration of all departments, offices and agencies of the City, except the Volunteer Fire Department, which shall report directly to the Mayor and City Council.

So looks like the City council can just meet & vote to get rid of him, since he serves at their discretion.
  6. Hi. Just wondering if anyone here burns the dyed kerosene in their heaters indoors. I have heard a lot of different reasons to not use it. Heard that it’s only dyed red to keep people from cheating on taxes and that it just hardens the wick quicker than clear.

The clear off the store shelves is just so pricey compared to the dyed pumped per gallon. No one in DuBois sells kerosene at the pump, have to go to Sykesville for a pump and it’s dyed.

    Thank you for any information.

Unfortunately, finding someone cheap is hard, and possibly risky.  You need someone who is trained/Certified and INSURED!  Otherwise a tree could be the least of your problems.  Go to www.budsgardeners.com and then to the "Buy Local" page.  There are some on there.

We're having a dead pear tree taken down tomorrow morning and I know it won't be cheap but we've had this guy several times before and his work is excellent.  He'll work with you as much as possible within the lines of safety.  Old Hickory.

I went to that page, but didn’t see anything listed for tree removal. I checked under Wood-chips, but didn’t see any businesses listed. I am using my phone , so maybe didn’t load correctly?
