5-6City Manager. [Amended 12-11-2006 by Ord. No. 1707] A. The City Manager shall be the chief administrative officer of the City of DuBois, appointed by a majority vote of the City Council. He/she shall serve at the discretion of the City. In addition thereto: (1) The Manager shall be responsible to direct, supervise and manage the administration of all departments, offices and agencies of the City, except the Volunteer Fire Department, which shall report directly to the Mayor and City Council. … So looks like the City council can just meet & vote to get rid of him, since he serves at their discretion. -

The question is? Will Herm take the total hit or sing on others? Where were the City Treasurer and Auditors? The Mayor? Board of Community Days? Who did he have business quid pro quo deals with?(Which contractors?) Who did he owe gambling debts to? How deep are the investigators going to go? Stay Tuned. And that's not including the political favors.
PS. Tax returns are also FEDERAL.

My German Shepherd like every dog loves to ride in the truck with his head out the window and loves to run on the trails when we ride bikes. I worry he gets nailed in the eyes with something. Found these Doggles on the internet and they work great!! Look cool too!!
