There are now two chicks and several eggs have pipped.  Hopefully they don't mind peeping Petees with flashlights in their portholes.

I thought I heard a peep this morning, and tonight it's a definite.  One of them is in there just peeping away!  Even though this is what I've been working for, it's still a surprise that there are actual living chicks in there!  Hopefully there will be babies in the morning.

I guess this will mean that Bon will now have to draw up new escape plans in case of a winter disaster.

Maybe I should of wrote godubois members, but that doesn't sound good when you are talking about being naked.

I would have to say the picture is taken from Brady Street , just as you would crest the hill between Olive Ave.and Weber Ave.
The church steeple in the back ground looks to be the church at the corner of High Street and Long Ave. and the large building to the right of it looks like the old Courier Express building.  Look closely at the house on the right in the foreground, if you remove the front proch it looks like the red apartment building that is near the corner of Brady St. and Weber Ave.that sits on the right as you are leaving DuBois.

Turns out the guy was right! There was no stump! Of course, he neglected to mention that either he or some of his cohorts went in and took it out but...well, that's another story. After reading his response to the comments, it should have been easy to spot the hoax. After all, how did he manage to correctly spell "My first sighting from the road" that was labeled on his original pic! HAHAHAHAHA.
