  1. I have been contacted by quite a few people regarding whether a petition to stop the consolidation, protest it or separate from Sandy Township will be presented to the voters of Sandy Township. That will require a good deal of thought and preparation in order to do the job right. The future our township residents is of great concern and has to be handled in a conscientious manner. If you would be interested in working together with Sandy Township officials and residents to create a petition regarding the future of Sandy Township, with or without a consolidation with DuBois, please forward your name, address, phone and e-mail to gardenladyx@gmail.com. The list will go no further than myself in order to reconnect when needed. Its contents will not be shared without your approval. Feel free to contact me for more information and suggestions. Much is yet to be decided, and more information will be coming after Friday June 2 which will give direction to the efforts, whether a petition, meetings, workers needed, etc. Specific details need to be collected and given in an orderly and complete manner so good decisions can be made that make a difference. The goal is to stay abreast of all developments specifically concerning Sandy Township and sections thereof, and to direct future efforts in an efficient and accurate way. Thank you for your careful support. Cheryl J. Shenkle 814-590-9010
  2. If they are involved in more than what concerns the dire companies directly, then maybe that's part of the problem! They need to concentrate on their own activities and do a great job there.
  3. That is certainly true, but only in matters of safety and assistance in things such as cleaning parking lots and other services. They do NOT have a voice about the government for things other than fire service needs.
  4. Some communities are going to paid fire departments, but they get tax money to do it. I'm not sure what details are necessary, but I think it has something to do with the insurance companies.
  5. As is historical, many small towns lacked funds to pay firemen. Sometimes just keeping the insurance and equipment is a strain. Be grateful for the volunteers, who are all well trained, for their time and effort.
  6. Waking up from surgery is always a booger! I hope she just flies through it!
  7. Jesus came to love us through this kind of turmoil. He will be there in spirit with Faith and her family. Trust.
  8. Baby girl in on the move to healing!
  9. We got ours from Window World about 5 years ago and they are great!!
  10. Also, not all Magnesium is taken into the body equally. Almost all doctors prescribe Magnesium Citrate either in a pill or an IV. In an IV, it does help me, but an Avocado will do the trick also! My heartbeat straightens out within ten minutes.
  11. They are probably waiting for information just as are the rest of us. I would doubt that "the fire companies" are supporting anything. "They" do not have a voice as anything other than individuals, and then as firemen.
  12. It was finished with no major repercussions from Sheetz. Just a slap on the wrist.
  13. So much for calling the communities around us slums. They're pretty interesting and valuable in their own historical rights.
  14. Two white buses with NO markings of any kind, like those which enter and leave the holding facility in Phillipsburg are rumored to have stopped somewhere near the Nelson House a few days ago in the middle of the night to discharge passengers from the Phillipsburg facility. True? Anyone else know anything?
  15. I am positive that they are being scrutinized closely right now. They were elected into their positions and no one can take them out till they are proved to have committed a felony.
  16. Really Buddy? You want to make sumpen outta dis? Come here, I'll make sumpen outta you!
  17. And bless her wonderful family who have cared for God's little darling for this time.
  18. He's not gone, just held up for a while. If he's serious then his time will be coming if he sticks to his guns.
  19. Anyone who does like it is certifiable! I have had way too many to count and the only thing I really like to when I go to sleep, but then they wake you up!!!!!
  20. Avoid all toxins possible (including the supposedly minor ones such as public water sources), don't drink to excess or smoke at all! Anyone who smokes is asking for an illness and contaminating anyone who they smoke around. Eat less and be sure what you can eat is raw, healthy, properly cooked, high quality with no preservatives. Eat the blasted crucifers even if you don't like them. Ditto for fermented foods, ALL of them possible. Learn to be peaceful to protect your mental and soul health, NO unnecessary stress, especially if it's not necessary to your welfare. Get on Utube and look up Dr Berg. That will also link you to other doctors whose medical opinions are priceless. Don't be stingy when buying Nutrients, such as "D3 and K2" which have just finished research studies as one of the most important nutrient combinations ever know to mankind for so many new problems, particularly blood vessel problems, including the heart. Skip all antibiotics possible. Teach your body to heal itself through a healthy gut microbiome. Avoid cancer by avoiding adding ANY toxin to your body whether through your skin, mouth or products that contain irritants. Drink lots of pure water. Eat salt with the minerals you need such as genuine sea salt, not made by human hands. OK, first lesson to health.
  21. On the surface it's great, but the potential underground reasons are the question.
  22. If we had been taught as children to avoid sugar, flour and anything processed, then we would all have been healthier. Processed food not only contain chemicals, but they lack nutrition which is why so many of them have vitamins added. However. the type added are almost worthless. You have to eat natural food such as comes directly from your garden in order to stay healthier as you age. Natural foods are building blocks. Skip the bottom row in earlier life and it will all come tumbling down in years to come.
  23. That is a matter for each club to decide. Obviously it would be best for it to be all vets and immediate family who understand the demands of military service. The more they earn, the more they can do, but the building itself is expensive to maintain. I think the bartenders, cooks and maintenance people are all employees. They provide quite a few services to the community but in my opinion, they need to encourage the vets and provide all opportunities for the vets to be their very best so they get a lot more out of their lives. I also feel that the state should be MUCH more in attendance at the clubs and participate in meetings, events and especially when there are problems.
  24. All of the nerve diseases are dietary. Some nutrients are missing because they're not in the food that they are supposed to be in, others, people don't like to eat them as much, and yet others, such as sugar and flour, block the nutrients from being absorbed. The only answer is to take good quality nutrients meant to treat the lack of that nutrient in your body. One recent study on D3+K2 is showing amazing results. Most diseases have some kind of a link to that specific combination of nutrients.
