Apparently the voters think she is legit. As a write in candidate she secured both ballot positions against the incumbents with over 95% of the vote. Hard to argue with these results. 

Ms. Jackson and her husband own several businesses, entities, and properties in DuBois.  She was raised here and cares about this city.  Her family lives here.  She cares.  Legitimately.

Name one kid who randomly starts washing dishes. Who are they trying to kid?  Sadly, this restaurant is in the process of opening up in DuBois on the boulevard.

The business made a post about this on Facebook.  Trying to explain themselves.  Said this girl was visiting her boyfriend, and was only in the restaurant 20 min., then decided to help with dishes.  Sounds pretty fishy.  I won't mention the name, but they also have a business in St. Marys too.  Someone I know who has ties to law enforcement felt the same, and feels she was definitely a victim of human trafficking.

You are wrong or so many fronts!  Why do you not educate yourself before spouting off such misinformation.   Jews BOUGHT the land that they were living on from Palestinians who upped the prices if they were selling to a Jew.  Then they would murder the Jews and take the land back.  They destroyed and murdered the residents of entire Kibbutzes.  Britain which was overseeing the process refused to back the Jews for fear of political and economic retaliation, and took the part of the Palestinians at every chance.  During the 7 day war which was fought to stop that violence after the British finally picked up and ran, the Jews fought, sometimes with home-made weapons and backed every country in that area into a corner, including Egypt.  In any area where they were overrun, they were murdered mercilessly.  The Jews were NEVER accused of such brutality.  They fight way TOO ethically which is why they win.

The land that you think was given to them was given to them by GOD, they then conquered and civilized it, shared it with anyone who chose to be peaceful, and built it into historic cities.  Then the Romans destroyed and burned everything they could find, murdered many and transported the rest to other countries as slaves and exiles.  They were not permitted to return to the country that they owned.  The Palestinians who were basically Bedouins, living in tents, allowed the land to degrade into swamps and desert.  They destroyed huge olive groves to starve people, killed off flocks of animals, burned fields and terrorized their own people.  When the Jews started coming back after being killed in pogroms in foreign countries, with everything they owned being stolen, not permitted to hold jobs or live in their own houses, American and worldwide Jews and Christians build a fund to buy land by deed.  It then belonged to the Jews, twice!  Again, the Palestinians killed and destroyed their homes taking the money and trying to take back the land.
The Jews finally fought back and when they backed Egypt into a corner of that country, instead of violence, they simply held the line till the UN took notice.  The UN simply returned land that they legally owned, while giving back land that was indefensible.  They tried to be fair but it was impossible since Jews are builders, and anything they own, they better so the previous owners then wish they had it back.  Whole communities of modern Jewish buildings were simply taken away and given back to the Palestinians for free.  Others, they fought for and kept legally.  The Palestinians are still fighting to get back what was bought from them and developed.  They do NOT own it, and they do not improve where they live, or live peacefully with their neighbors.  They were given the Gaza Strip so they would have a seaport of their own in order to develop businesses, but they prefer the profits of war versus hard work and good ethics.  Israel is one of the countries that sends aid to the needy in Gaza. Not every Palestinian is so stupid.  Many of them see the reality and try to work with Israel, just to be murdered along with their families on a daily basis.  You never hear about it but it goes on continually and they have no way to get justice.  Thes ones killing their own people and attacking the Jews are hardened criminals and uneducated individuals.  Women in particular are still tortured and killed for something as simple as giggling at the wrong time or letting their burka slip half an inch.
You willingly spout untruths and idiocy that damages those who read and have no idea what is truly going on.  How does that improve our world? Tell me about the dangers of ignorant and misled people.

Sad to say, I think sometimes the people who do the most gambling are the ones who really don't have it.  They think they are gonna make it big, and in the end they lose out.   I could never see blowing your hard earned money on a chance.  I have been to a few casinos in my time.  I reserve an amount I can stand to lose.  Which is small.  And when it is gone, I'm done.  Sometimes I fare well, and sometimes I don't, but no harm done to my wallet.

Apples require pruning and shaping when they are young, the right place to survive well, and then some help with bugs and diseases.  Some of the ones you are seeing are old hardy heirloom varieties that aren't sold anywhere anymore because they aren't the sweet juicy fancy developed apples we are used to today.  This was an excellent year for everything that grows.  Get out of your car and ask to taste one of the ones you are seeing.  Odds are they don't taste as good as they look.  Most of the hardier and older varieties were grown with a specific purpose in mind, and it wasn't just so you can pick it up and fill your mouth with instant juicy sweet-tart deliciousness like those from the market.  Getting the one you really like and that will fill the use you have for them (fresh eating, baking, long storage, fall apples, early summer apples. soft apples, hard apples, crab apples, cider apples) means you have to make some decisions and dedicate yourself to caring for them for years till they reach maturity unharmed by what they experienced in their early years.
By the way, not every apple will make a decent apple dumpling, and the commercial ones I've had a usually tough, terrible tasting and not worth the calories, they're not the apple dumplings that Grandma made.  She knew all the special details and took time to make them just right.  
Yellow Transparent is a great apple but they fall off of the tree when they are ripe and then rot almost immediately.  That may have been what you were seeing.  They do NOT store at all.
Not every apple is good for everything. That's why older generations of people learned to graft their trees which is probably what you are seeing in people's yards.  They grafted for tree size, hardiness, storage qualities, early or late ripening, fruit texture, size and flavor. 
My 5 favorites are all in a row where I planted them, and with a little more work than I have put into them in the past, they would be everything I want in an apple crop.  I get what I put good quality work into.  I didn't inherit a farm with lots of old amazing trees that are now producing well but also falling apart.  Trees have a life span.  
If you want to learn how to plant and care for apples of your own choosing, the ones you know are your favorites, then talk to a Master Gardener and learn how complicated/easy it is to grow those special apples.  You can also call a Master Gardener and ask to have information sent to you, get out the shovel, go to a grafting workshop and buy good quality apple trees, then take proper care of them.  You can learn to prune and feed your tree so you get more apples that are larger and healthier, and more to your liking.  It takes time but you can do it.  
Master Gardeners are there for reason, and this is one of them.  Their advice is researched properly and it's free!
