Staties parked along Highland Street ext. An assortment of police at old Highland Street Elementary parking lot and a chopper flying really low circling again and again.

Noon, there was a guy that didn’t report for jail and he was seen in this area!

Lovely!  Ny husband's niece was in from Minnesota and I stopped to pick her up for a late lunch.  After seeing the helicopter circle Pifer Street about 5 times and several police cars, I got nervous and decided we needed to load up and get the heck out of there.

Not sure. But one heck of a lot of money and manpower for a guy that didn't report to jail for a DUI charge,
