Polo Posted April 2 Share Posted April 2 Let's clarify. The President did not make Easter Sunday in general a "Transgender Day of Visibility." He did that for the date of March 31. This year, Easter happened to fall on the same day. It was in very poor judgement for him to declare the "visibility" day on this year's Easter Sunday. Shame on him! Next, I do not agree that we should have a transgender "visibility" day. I don't see us getting male day, female day, etc. It's not necessary and not needed. I feel this is a ploy for him to get votes from this particular community. I guess we shouldn't be surprised. Just more of the same from him.
