Target Corporation is partnering with a K-12 education group for which focuses on getting districts to adopt policies that will keep parents in the dark on their child's in-school gender transition, providing sexually explicit books to schools for free, and integrating gender ideology at all levels of curriculum in public schools, Fox News Digital uncovered.
"GLSEN leads the movement in creating affirming... and anti-racist spaces for LGBTQIA+ students. We are proud of 10+ years of collaboration with GLSEN and continue to support their mission," Target said. The retail giant provides annual donations to GLSEN. 
GLSEN calls for gender ideology to be integrated into all classes, even math. It provides educators instructions on how they can make math "more inclusive of trans and non-binary identities" by including "they/them" pronouns in word problems. 
In another example, GLSEN recommended that teachers intervene if students are making graphs about sex and gender to ensure it includes the ideology supported by GLSEN. "When students are creating their own surveys, if they want to include data for biological sex, teachers need to be sure they include both intersex and other as choices."

As is historical, many small towns lacked funds to pay firemen.  Sometimes just keeping the insurance and equipment is a strain.  Be grateful for the volunteers, who are all well trained, for their time and effort.

The whole point of this thread is not what you believe, it's all about what is really happening and those people who accept it as a normal life. 
I am not against counseling, I am against biased counseling pretending to be fair and equal to both sides of the problem. If you take your kid to a group of people who believes in drugs and knifes as a cure to the kids confusion you are not providing counseling, you are providing indoctrination. Your providing your kid with a place of acceptance. Speaking of acceptance,. I do believe that a goodly amount of these kids are doing this because it is a fad.

The problem is that you can’t differentiate between someone disagreeing with a lifestyle with hate.  That sums up the leftist today.  Disagree with something they think and they accuse you of either being a homophobe, a racist or a transphobe or any other number of names.  Just as you are doing. Believe it or not we can disagree on things and actually not hate them.   
But  It’s the playbook tactic of libs today.  Call someone a hater that doesn’t agree with you.  It’s childish and immature.  But I expect it of the left.

I don't support cutting up little kids. If you notice, I said the people I know who had surgery, had to wait until they were 18, as it should be. They also had extensive counseling. I was giving real life examples because you don't have any real life interactions from what I am reading. You just don't like the "idea" of trans gender and are letting it affect your peace. 
There is a difference, especially in a small country town mindset.  Areas like this are full of people that are not often open to anyone different than them.

The group acknowledged potential risks but said it is unethical and harmful to withhold early treatment.
The association provided The Associated Press with an advance copy of its update ahead of publication in a medical journal, expected later this year. The international group promotes evidence-based standards of care and includes more than 3,000 doctors, social scientists and others involved in transgender health issues.

Dr. Joel Frader, a Northwestern University a pediatrician and medical ethicist who advises a gender treatment program at Chicago’s Lurie Children’s Hospital, said guidelines should rely on psychological readiness, not age.
Frader said brain science shows that kids are able to make logical decisions by around age 14, but they’re prone to risk-taking and they take into account long-term consequences of their actions only when they’re much older.

A lot of people commit suicide for many different reasons. Don't you think it's a little sick to permanently cut up a little kid because that kid MIGHT commit suicide?
Just where will our society end up when everyone ignores the bad they see just so their life is not complicated?

All I can say is, I would not let my kid get that kind of operation until they were 18. They can wait a few years.
