You're welcome, and I hope it continues to give you relief.  For those of us who aren't willing to go down with a mouth full of pain pills, healing food is a blessing.  Taking Tylenol on a regular basis gives me the heebie-jeebies.  I asked Martins and Walmart to stock it and saw it in both places, but it's the expensive small box.  I got on Amazon and ordered two large containers for much less than what the envelopes would have cost me.

The Golden Retriever now eats his carrot and then comes and lays at his bowl waiting for the gelatin.  My hips, shoulders, hands and knees feel better.  Now if it would just go to my feet!

I did order two containers for the dogs, and one of the Great Lakes Collagen hydrolysate for myself and hubby.

Petee I may have missed it... but can you tell me how much you take and how often you take it ?

  2. ...off topic a bit...we let the girls out yesterday for a while to clean the coop and let them roam a bit...we had one missing after they all went in... PENNY is a Rhode Island red and she is much smarter than the rest. Rod went out with the flashlight more than once last night looking for her... now we have 96 acres and I told him if she wanted to be found she would have... it would be like trying to find a needle in a haystack...our Grandson considers himself the owner of these chickens and when he returned home from a visit with his mom we had to tell him...he said first thing in the morning he was going to go find her! Well I just look out the kitchen door and lo and behold... Penny is on the front porch!   So glad to have her back, I was worried too...

  3. A lot of my line comes from the Gelnett and what they called the Brooks section...also from Curwensville. I have a lot of records and photos. .. so where do you all want to start with this

  4. I'm not sure where your grandpa's old land was but there were several indian encampments in and around Sabula. The most notorious had over 160 bodies excavated in the late 70's.I have a bunch of old articles about it that are pretty interesting. There's a bunch of neat history about it but it's not easy to find.I wouldn't take a ride up there unannounced though unless you know the landowner.

can you post the old articles you have so we can all read them

Thinking about them All this time of year...but for those of you who truly know me...I'm just being me...May they never be forgotten...

    Dear Ancestor

"Your tombstone stands among the rest

    Neglected and alone

The name and date are chiseled out

    On polished marble stone

It reaches out to all who care

It is too late to mourn

You did not know that I exist

You died and I was born

Yet each of us are cells of you

In flesh and blood and bone

Our blood contracts and beats a pulse

    Entirely not our own

Dear Ancestor, the place you filled

    One hundred years ago

Spreads out among the ones you left

Who would have loved you so

I wonder how you lived and loved

    I wonder if you knew

That someday I would find this spot

    And come to visit you."
