Bon
He's pretty big!! We always see gray & red squirrels in our yard along with chippys. When I went walking up the back road (Hollywood Rd formally known as 5 pts rd), I saw a black squirrel .. wonder if it's the same one.

WMJ77
With its shiny, bottomlessly dark coat, a black squirrel stands out vividly at a distance, and is instantly memorable. Relatively little is known with scientific certainty about the specifics of black squirrel life. Still, scientists have come to some tentative conclusions , mainly from encountering them in gray squirrel studies. UstaParty
I am going to be waging war with the squirrels that are invading my bird feeders. I have 4 that are "squirrel proof" and the little b@#$%rds still find a way to empty them out. They're already the size of a cocker spaniel and I've had enough! mr.d and Bon

Ms Chris
While visiting friends in London Ontario we saw more black squirrels than gray. They said it was rare to see a gray squirrel in their housing development. It was kinda cool to us.
